The company was acquired by Voltera Energy in 2014 and operates as a subsidiary, up from 800 customers in 2013. Ravji has stated that the company has plans to expand the company in 2018, but declined to say which state they are considering.

In 2016, the company had annual revenue in $98.1 million and a three year growth rate of 6,045%.
