I’ve been ordering pizza from 127-Kedzie for a very long time. I called to order our usual,Family Sausage and Family Signature Veggie. I was told you don’t have the signature veggie any more. VERY disappointed. You added a 3 meat pizza and it’s only $1.50 more than a regular family pizza. Isn’t it just cheaper to keep the Signature Veggie. So I was going to order our usual veggie but it would cost me $9.00 more. Not understanding the logic here. We ordered a 3 meat signature and it was just horrible. Crust and cheese burnt. I mentioned 2or 3 times about not burning to They were going to replace it but I wasn’t going to wait another 1 1/2 hours for a new pizza. They credited me I think $10.00. I am really wondering why no signature veggie pizza? Please bring it back or we might have to find another place. I really enjoy your pizza,order all the time even had a few birthday parties. Veggie is one of our favorite. Please let me know if you will consider to bring it back. Thank You, Janice

Location. I usual do not complain, i always give the tip of $5 or sometimes less but something, even when its not perfect i understand and love the taste. But, today, when i called i was listen to, the manager offer to re make and i was feeling like my money was worth it, Thank you. We need each other to survive satisfaction.

I am very upset with the customer service I received at your location on 81st Stony Island. I went to order a pizza and was told that i couldn’t order a pizza because I placed an order over a year ago and called to cancel because i couldn’t pick it. How crazy is that! Yes, I did place an order. Yes, I called back shortly after to cancel because I went into labor. It’s not like i didn’t call, but i took the time to call to cancel and now over a year later, i can’t order a pizza!! This is the stupidest mess I ever heard of. Too many pizza places out here to enjoy and you all are losing money.

I had one of the most horrible experiences with the Beggars Pizza location at 8100 S. Stony Island in Chicago. I ordered a large thin crust pizza that had been dropped. When I arrive home the pizza toppings were completed sled to one side. I took the pizza back to the store and the supervisor on duty could plaining see that the pizza was in no condition for a human to eat. He refused to make me an new home. I spoke to the store manager on 8/9/2021 and explain I left the pizza in the turn style after such horrible customer service. He was also impolite and rude. Stating that he would give me a call back. I suggested he run the camera in his store so he could see the encounter I had with his staff. I made a report to the corporate office requesting a refund or voucher to purchase from another location. Both the manager and supervisor did not seem to be concerned that they were losing future business from me.

The Beggars pizza on 103rd and Haulsted cooked a piece of glove inside of my pizza and when I showed it to the owner she got really rude, snatch the pizza out of my hand tossed it in the trash and told me that what the manager from that night offered me was night going to happen because she is the boss and cant nobody over rule her. I tried reaching out to corporate but I can’t seem to get in contact with anyone. This just shows me how much beggars value their customers

I purchased 2 deep dish lunch specials at the Beggars Pizza location on 81st Stony Island on Wed. Jun. 19, 2019 at 1:09 p.m. ticket # 50. When I ordered the pizzas I was informed their would be a 5 to 10 minute wait for the pizza to finish cooking. I got back to the job and noticed the pizzas where cooked to long and burnt around the crust and you could not almost pull the cheese apart. My boss showed up for meetings with us therefore I was not able to contact the restaurant until hours later. I spoke to a foreign manager who indicated that the pizza was not burnt. I know burnt pizza from an oven that was apparently cooked much too long. He wanted the pizza back as proof and it was disposed of by the cleaning crew at the job. I have been buying pizza since that establishment first opened up and nothing else was even there in that mini mall. I am appalled at how the manager lied to me when he knew damn well that he served burnt pizza to the customers. I hope no customers become ill from burnt pizza that was purchased from this restaurant period or you will have serious problems. I truly hope that something does get handled with the issue at hand. I picked up an order from the Richton Park location and the older white man that took my order was very rude to me. I will not be ordering from this location again and I’ve been coming there for years.

The manager at Beggars Pizza in Lansing on Saturday 04/13/2019 was very rude and disrespectful to me and my son. All I need is an in-person apology or I will consider legal action. He said corporate would do nothing about this. I sure hope this is not true or I will have to consider my legal actions further.

11 26 12 30 pm ticket 22 server aham told me my total was 28 68 I gave my coupon of 5 dollars he told me I could not use it the original total was 33 68 he gave me a death look stairing at me he was wearing glasses with his glasses not fully on just on his nose the manager heard what I said to him Jessica is her name did not appreciate the look and comment back to me almost wanted to leave the food and walk out am a regular customer just reporting this so it does not happen to someone else thank you so much

I placed an order again and wrong. I have food allergies. I ordered chicken noodle soup and received Italian Wedding. Since when is there chicken and meatball in Italian Wedding Soup?
Looks like they used old chicken broth with chicken in it and added some other items. I cant eat spinach due to food allergies. Four orders and last three wrong!!!! All I keep getting is short staffed etc. Tired of hearing it. Who will pay my emergency room bill?? Your web site said chicken noodle should bee chicken noodle or they should have called me!! I want my money back. this is crazy. Start to go to BBB if not resolved.

I just got fired Monday for a mistake that could become fix..I been getting paid in cash since I been working there the manager who is the son who been stilling money from her since day one now he trying to blad it on the drivers I don’t no you have this in you all files in Rob is on mother’s safe all the drivers is being blamed for lost money I can’t file unemployment because I was getting paid in cash and so the other drivers at at spet one Walt.
