Someone named Jessica Brown has stolen my information and ordered on my credit. I’ve called customer service twice, and emailed them, AND posted it on their Facebook page. Every time they say that they are going to escalate it to their fraud dept, but no one ever gets back to me. Meanwhile, the website will not allow me to remove my credit card, so this chick can just keep ordering things under my name.

What a rip off of a company. Twice there were things I wanted in the box but needed different sizes. The first one they didn’t have in my size so I’m out $20. The second one they had in my size but because I needed a swap I was expected to pay full price as well as the $20 for the box, in essence, $20 more than if had purchased the item outright. Who expects their SUBSCRIBING customers to pay MORE for their products??? Adore me does, so adore you I don’t. What a waste of money! And don’t even get me started on my interactions with so called customer service.. That was even worse than the original rip off! Ladies, buy from somewhere else, anywhere else really. Even Walmart let’s you exchange without charging you more.

It seems as if this company needs to go down, because my daughter had money taken out of her account for no reason, so the only way for this company to be accountable for their poor business practices is for everyone to file a complaint, and I’m mot done here either.

I had monthly boxes coming to me in the mail for me to try on and send back whatever I did not want to keep. You have to go in before the weeks end and mark keep or return and also fill out why(ex. fit, style, etc). I went online and completed it, only keeping one item. The website apparently did not submit my order, therefore charging me over $200. It has now been three weeks and I still have no update as to whether my package was received in the warehouse or when my refund will be processed. I have definitely cancelled my VIP membership, and will no longer be purchasing anything from this company in the future for the rude customer service I have received, from being hung up on multiple times, to never getting a call or email back from a manager as promised. What kind of accredited business does not have a proper escalation path and does not have a system to check if items have been received in the warehouse to give their customers a peace of mind does not deserve one additional penny of my hard earned money.

I ordered over $200 worth of sets at the beginning of December 2017. First, it took weeks to actually ship the order, then some pieces to over a month to get to me, some never even arrived.
When I received the items, they were all so poorly sized that I had to send them all back, even though I followed their sizing guide. I even ordered smaller sizes than I’d normally wear, and they were all way too big still. I shipped them all back requesting a refund. They received my items and wanted to give me vouchers. I have been fighting with them for over 3 months and have so far only received a $20 refund on a refund owing of $160. Every time I call they say they don’t know why it was not processed yet and they have to escalate it. They refuse to let me talk to a supervisor. If anyone has any experience of how to get my money back from these criminals please let me know.

They wont let you talk to a super visor because they are an overseas call center and they don’t have an actual Adore Me supervisor there. Only way to reach one is through their call center rep submitting an email to have it escalated.

I called in this past Saturday and a supervisor was to contact me within 24 to 48 hours but I never heard from one. I called again day before yesterday and a supervisor was supposed to call me back that day–still never heard anything. I called again today and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told one was not available and she would have one to call me back. I said no, I prefer to hold. I was told I could not hold and then was hung up on!! You can bet that my VIP membership will be cancelled and I will spread the word as to how awful Adore Me’s customer service is. A supervisor could have made all of this right by at least speaking with me and offering to overnight my package since some of the items were purchased for Christmas gifts!! The founder of this company should realize that this is not the only place that lingerie can be purchased!

AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Placed an order Nov 17 and still haven’t received it by Dec 1. Continuously getting the run around about my $100 order and customer service refusing to contact shipping company because the last update was Nov 26 but no one knows where the package is and when I can expect it. Spoke with a supervisor yesterday who gave me her word to copy me on an email to warehousing to investigate but never received it. I’m canceling my VIP membership.

I would like to know how much of a credit is on this account. Not sure whose name it is under either mine, Donna Parasiliti or my daughter, Meredith Rede. My account at Huntington Bank is being charged every month and no purchases are being made. I understand that a customer has to click no before the 5th of the month for the account not to be billed. I just learned this after several months of asking my daughter to cancel this account. She had permission for one purchase not over $400. I would like to know if I have a credit. I have been told the companies policy is to refund the most recent withdrawal and whatever is on the books is a credit. I would like to either clear this up immediately. Please do not give me the run around. I am being charged double by my bank for this account and it is killing me. I could lose everything due to this account.

Adore me never ships on time constant issues with them and their overseas customer support team. Just excuses is all they care to give never any results. Canceling VIP membership after 1 year of dealing with this garbage. A typical order placed today wont show for 2 plus weeks. Unacceptable.

Ordered my auff on Feb 18th…missed the package…went to the post office to pick it up and it wasn’t there. Went the next xt day to the post office and my package still was not there. I asked the post office to rediliver my package, got the tracking number and still didn’t receive my package called adore me customer service and was promised a refund and have e-mail confirmation that I was getting my refund back but when I called today Mr. Tom Thomas the supervisor( which he refused at first to give me his last name at first)told me that I was not getting my refund and I still haven’t received my package. I will be contacting BBB and the local Attorney General and my bank that adore me.com is scsming people out of their money. I’m also going to contact my local news team on this so I can get this investigated!

I placed an order online Dec.26/16 ! I was given a tracking via Asendia/USPS UM338035342US! It stated my order was fine “Delivered ” on or by Jan.4/17 no order! Then possibly by Jan.9/17 No Delivery! Asendia/USPS,stated that delivery was shipped into “Receiving” country,as of Dec.30/16!” No updates, no further tracking”!! Canada Post hasn’t got any “info” their postal system with Dr! It’s” 11″ days today!!!(Xpedited first class letter )……, I realize it could be held in customs! I was told I would have the order on orby Jan.16/17! Everytime I place an order, it gets canceled, I call the number, they tell me that its because they have had a lot of fraud issues. I said I already confirmed that I wanted to purchase the items that I first ordered. Which was November 4 as of November 21, I still have not received the first order and decided to purchase another set of items, which they canceled that order too. Once I get my items, I do not wish to participate in this monthly program, cause this is silly.

This company sucks. They sent me a partial order and when I tried to get them to send the rest they told me I had to send the item back first. When I sent it back they told me my refund would not be available because I only sent a partial order back, they are the ones who sent me a partial order to begin with. Do NOT buy from them! They are trying to steall your money.

I just got off a call with one of your representatives. I have been a VIP Customer for several months and have placed several orders. When I enrolled, I entered my fiance’s name in the account information since it was his credit card that I use to pay for my membership. I never took the time to change it because it did not seem important, and when I have called customer service the last 3 previous times it never was even brought up that this might be any issue.
I called today to discuss a sizing and exchange issue and was told that she could not discuss much about the account without my fiance’s approval over the phone. How ridiculous. I was able to get some information about what I need to exchange but she said that she can’t explain why others had helped me before since it is under his name.
This is absolutely ridiculous, I was on the computer discussing details about my order and could have verified anything needed with my account. Not only that, after again telling me she couldn’t answer a question regarding my previous order because I’m not authorized, and we hung up, I clicked the account information link on the website and literally changed the name from my fiance’s to my own on the spot… which could have even been done while I was on the phone with her.
I understand rules and policies, but then there is just plain being unaccommodating and difficult just to be difficult. And if you have a policy, it needs to be explained in writing up front when one signs up for the membership so that people are aware and can avoid such issues.

I ordered an item then find out that I am signed up for your VIP club. I did not sign up for any club purchasing. I am then told that I have to go through a series of electronic items to unsubscribe. My computer has died, my work computer is monitored. Rain, Customer Service Manager suggested I visit a friend as your company WILL NOT cancel via phone.

I was reading online that after a year, the money saved in my account would expire. On May 6, 2016 at 1514 hrs I called Adore Me and spoke to rep Blake. I asked her to let me know when my expiration date was. She begins to tell me that if I buy, that I will extend my time. I tell her that she hadn’t answered my question. The representative tells me that my expiration date is in September. She also tells me that I am clearly aware of how the terms since I signed up for the membership. I begin to ask questions for an explanation of how it all works. Blake starts to question me as to why I haven’t spent my money and tells me that she is puzzled by it. I dont think my shopping habits should be any of her concern.
Blake seemed annoyed by my refusal to explain myself. I asked to speak to someone else, someone like a supervisor. She then tells me that she is a supervisor and that there’s no one there above her. She gave me the email address and told me I could contact someone from Adore me after I asked for a corporate number.
I am extremely annoyed with the conversation that took place between the Adoreme representative and myself. When I asked her for her name she only gave me her first name and refused to give me her customer number ID. She said she was the only Blake in the office. I don’t think it’s too much to inquire about one’s account especially if one is going to lose the money in the account. I would like someone to contact me to explain how it works and I am thinking that I would like to cancel my account.
As previously said, I’m just very annoyed. I hope the conversation was recorded as stated it might possibly be in the beginning of the phone call.
