I was a MHT for Horsham Clinic in Ambler PA. Working there for 2yrs with No Write up or Verbal warning or anything. I lost my job because they said that I missed two rounds and one was 30min late and the other one was 32min late. They didn’t show me any proof of it. They just made me example to scare the other workers. If they can fired me for no reason anyone can get fired. I feel like it was personal. The place is run Really Bad not enough staff. It’s a Safety issues there. One nurse and MHT with 22 patients or more. They got a new system that’s really old and out dated. When doing the rounds it’s already in the Red and says you are late or you missed your rounds and now you are in trouble. Everytime time the state comes they passed inspection I don’t know how. The place is dirty and Really unsafe. I did my job and the ones who don’t do theirs jobs stay there. Just don’t bad mouth me trying to find another job. They will hire anyone without no experience offering a 6000 sign up bonus. That’s all the rapists get the jobs there. They’re always in the news. They got to do better. Management Sucks and they treat staff like crap. Be careful sending your family members and kids there. It’s a dangerous place. I work in a prison and the prison is more safe.

I was employed with UHS (Old Vineyard Behavioral Health) for 3 years as an LCSW. In July 2021 I was diagnosed with AML and was unable to work due to ongoing treatment. I was informed via text that I would be separated from employment at the 6 month mark of LOA…which was Jan 7th 2022. This is very discouraging and heartbreaking as I really need my benefits and coverage, as I’m still receiving treatment. I asked HR and begged for my job and told them I’d be able to return in April, 2022..however was told that this is a corporate decision. I really enjoyed my job and enjoyed working at the facility. It is very disheartening that this can happen when you are already dealing with such serious diagnosis and undergoing treatment. Thanks for your time.

I’m a transgender woman who was told I was not qualified, for not having a bachelors degree, to be a BHT at old vineyard behavioral health. Needless to say I am now taking legal action for defamation of character an slander this company needs structure .

I was hired by Lighthouse Care Center of Augusta . I am a registered nurse with 30 + experience. I worked the acute unit and I love those kids. I got pulled to the girls residential unit one night. That next morning I counted with medicines and these are the foil prepared medicines. They were all falling out the back of the cards. I said to the oncoming nurse that these meds need to be wasted because of the safety issue that was about to happen. No one listened to me, no one knew what to do about this situation so they gave me a final write up and called it a day!!!! I have not received a warning or write up from this company. This is a serious incident that was not my fault. I found the pills in the bottom of the chart and have pictures and a statement that I wrote. Just the other day, I was called for a evaluation meeting with me DON, Brandy Lawson. She was giving a prn employee a bonus letter and asked him to work full time. Right in front of me. I had my meeting with her and before we were finished, she took me in with risk manager and they wrote me up for the Q 15 observation rounds and said it was four minutes late and then I was terminated because of the other incident. My watch is not set by his computer!!!! I had 14 kids to make rounds on. I love my job and have been treated so badly. If anything, it should of been a warning. I haven’t been at this job 90 days and I only got one evaluation Nobody is listening to me. Every time that I have a suggestion for improvement or a better way to do something, I am not heard. There is no team work. When I get the admissions on acute. all the other unit nurses are just watching a movie on their phones and when I ask for help, they respond negatively and very disrespectful. I am there for my kids and to provide quality and excellence care for them. They can depend on me. I have not called in or been late. Other nurses don’t even show up and call in all the time. These conditions are so unfair and wrong. I am going to school for my BSN then to my masters. Lighthouse said they would not help me with school. They said we don’t have that program. Look at the nurse turn over that they have with that care center. Please help me . Karen Ogle RN.

In desperate need of help with retaliation and hostile work environment. No teamwork or management, have complained to several officials and things are getting worse, not better. Tired of being targeted and not having the food that is on the menu to cook. When it gets to this point, where you cannot function at work, changes need to be made. When part time employees get a full time employees hours on the days they usually work, with no call or text from the scheduler, is unfair.
