We ordered a new ultrasonic the Henry schein guy who came in to place the CORRECT order for us doesn’t know how to measure? He ordered the wrong one its been 4 weeks already and no one has a clue what’s going on. We need a solution, this is disrupting our business at this point. The careless mistakes these people are making are unacceptable. He brought in a Barbi size ultrasonic clearly that won’t work. My next step is calling the better business bureau to file a complaint. This isn’t the first issue with Henry Schein enforcing us to buy their monopoly products.
Let us know ASAP please.

Hi, my wife is a employee at your distribution center in Sparks,NV she works as a picker, Her start date was 10/19/2017. The 90 day health insurance benefits enrollment period has passed and her manager still won’t make her eligible for benefits. She said her evaluation score was a little low because she is a little slow at picking. Now my wife is really short and can’t reach the higher shelves like the other pickers. She has to use the ladder 10 times more than they do so of course she’s going to be a little slower. Can’t the manager take this into consideration and get my wife her benefits. She is diabetic and hasn’t been able to fill her medication or see the doctor for her checkup. Can someone please call the office hear and tell them to get it done. Please Please Help Thank You
