My story is way too long with this company but I’ll tell you this. They continue to disappoint me right and left. I have been given promises to turn out to be idle and when I call I am sure that everything will play out the way it’s supposed to and it doesn’t. Bottom line at this point is I’ve been waiting for my glasses that were just sitting in a drawer until I called that’s unacceptable among other things. Do you need to fix the damn office in Medford, Oregon, and the one that you need to set the straight is Bonnie.

I am looking up the Corporate office number ad saw your comment! Just left the facility in Prosper Tx Frisco Tx Carrollton and Dallas Tx you have at least a dozen employees sitting around and NO customer service at all have had to walk out of each one after about an hour wait! Glad they aren’t an Emergency service there would be bodies everywhere ! They are based in Georgia’s the CEO is Bill

I expect anyone in a white or blue lab coat to have some basic sense and pride in that white or blue coat! It is not meant to keep you warm ! (Although one girl had a hoodie over hers and came from the back room looking like she just stepped out of bed) Good Luck folks try Eye Lab ,I purchase 3 pair very reasonable and great service. This company needs to step it up because ,after hearing nothing but negative feedback from family and friends I had hoped to rove them wrong, but I learned my lesson !
