Ms. Mary Tabb Mack, Your words seem legit regarding “fixing” things within Wells Fargo however the actions of your staff are contrary. I am a victim of the Wells Fargo scandal. There were 2 accounts fraudulently opened in my name by Wells Fargo–one while I was deployed in support and service of my country. Wells Fargo has blown this off and stated verbatim, “well, it didn’t affect your credit so……” Really? This is blatant identity theft, fraud, and last time I checked, CRIMINAL! How does Well Fargo not acknowledge their wrongdoing behind the cameras and treat the customers affected like garbage over the phone? I kept an open mind for mediation and the after session went horribly wrong again, contrary to what was discussed. My identity and disappointment with the fraud by Wells Fargo was dismissed as insignificant and unimportant. I called your office for your assistance and received no resolution–just the run around by Marguriet. If my commitment to Wells Fargo, previously Wachovia, for the last 25 years gets me mistreatment and total disregard for Wells Fargo’s unscrupulous actions, then why tell the public you care and we can trust you when in fact, we can’t. I’m available if Wells Fargo desires to right their wrong.

I am requesting an email response from a cuttings service Manager or Fraud Department Manager. I opened an account and deposited a check of 100,000 to my account. Wells Fargo verified the funds and put them in my account. After I did a wire transfer alk of a sudden there was fraud in my account and resulted in Wells Fargo keeping all of my money and closing my account. I have called the fraud department several times and no response I have called their investigation department and they refuse to tell me what they found or give me any other information on my account or my funds except that none of my money will be returned. Wells Fargo tried to charge me 56,000.00 for I don’t know what reason and they claim I requesed stop payment on the wire transfer that I authorized. When I asked for proof they could not provide anything. I am requesting for a return email to discuss the return of my money and the release of the wire transfer they have on hold.

I want to let Wells Fargo corporate office know that it is clear why the employees of Wells Fargo did the fraud and continue to do so. Your recruiters are inexperienced when hiring new employees. When you have employees with 7+ years of banking experience, including investigations, bank fraud, collections is being told that they weren’t qualified for a customer service position , that tells me they are not looking for qualified individuals, nor people with integrity. I applied once before with Wells Fargo years ago, at that time they set up interview but never called. To me that was my first indication that Wells Fargo was not the company for me, and now 7 years later, I applied to a position that I was well over qualified and could have been an asset to your company. This shows me that the recruiters are not very well experienced and that the position they are hiring for is losing employees as soon as they are hired. What you should post in the hiring, “no experience, not integrity, we want to mold you to our specifications”.
I don’t know how much longer there will be a Wells Fargo, as I read layoffs are coming and branches being closed including being thrown out of California. I see this as a sign that I should be working somewhere else.

Anything I hear about wells Fargo is no surprise to me. Few weeks back my aunt who has has been with you for years snd years always having a substantial or more thsn….investments with WFshe is 90 yrs old. Ask for a loan short term to help me her niece find a place to move too which we had found But thank you WF for no help from you!!!!
The worst of this is 3 women mgr and 2 officers carried her into a office and would not let me go in with her. Why do you need this do you know you can make the payment back on and on snd on. And this was before they carried her off by herself I know she as harassed
All they would say is we are trying to protect you. Omg omg omg
I’m trying my best to get her away from there. They think they have the power
oh no. WF. You need to make your employees look a lot more professional as well. What a shame what you have become I was told today by one of your computers almost all their new customers are from this bank WF. Right across the street from them.

ONLine Banking Dept. There is something not quite right going on with debit cards. I suspect in the near future Wells Fargo will be fined and sanctioned because of it. I am going to be contacting my U. S. Senator and the federal government Banking committee about it. There is no reason I cannot buy what I want online or anywhere else without WF telling me what to do. No other bank in my town does the things WF does. There’s something really shady going on and I intend to get to the bottom.

Wells Fargo and their attorney’s commenced a foreclosure on my home, by deceiving both the State Court and US Federal Court, that Wells Fargo were the owners of our mortgage.
Wells Fargo and their attorneys, submitted to the US Federal Court a copy of a Assignment of Mortgage two years after they commenced the foreclosure, which appeared to assign the mortgage to Wells Fargo.
The Assignment’s sudden appearance made us question its validity, so we retained a Licensed Private Investigator. The investigator’s investigation discovered that the signer did not work for any bank like they claimed and actually worked as a supervisor for the Law Firm that represented Wells Fargo. It was always represented that Wells Fargo was the owner of the mortgage, loan and note.
I filed a complaint with NYS Department of Financial Services who contacted Wells Fargo, Wells Fargo sent a response letter to NYSDFS stating that Wells Fargo was not the owner or Investor of the loan or note. The CFPB received a response that agreed.
Wells Fargo never owned our Mortgage by their own admission, they never should of commenced a foreclosure, or sold the mortgage to another group.
The group that purchased the Fraudulent Mortgage has knowingly continued to deceive the courts.

I hope with all of my heart, that you will read all of my emails and correspondence to Wells Fargo. I have been sent from one department back to another and then back where I started..In brief, due to cirXXXXstances beyond our control, Force Majeure…My husband became ill, we lost our home and our business. The only thing we had was our 2013 Ford F-150, which allowed my husband to continue his line of work, painter. We had all of our equipment in this truck. I contacted Wells Fargo to discuss our situation. Wells Fargo said we could apply for a Hardship Loan. As you can see by the attached email and doXXXXentation, we were in the process and were told we had been approved. Signed the agreement (new loan at 2% interest, for 44 months at 456.00 per month. During this process, we were asked over and over to produce pay stubs…which I did. Even a letter from my husband’s employer. On July 06, 2017, I was sent another email, asking again, for my pay stub..which I sent. (had to resend due to error. However, a few days later, my husband went to his truck to go to work..no truck!!! All this is explained in the email to the Board. (no response) I was told that the finance dept does not communicate with the collections depart. and that the collections dept decided to repo the truck. I was also told that the collections dept had called me several times and left a message regarding the repo and had sent a letter. This, in fact, is not true. I have looked at all calls and messages on my verizon bill..checked all…also asked the Office of the President to send me a list of all dates of supposed calls…they have not! The last time I talked to them, I was told not to write anymore letters, and if I did not come up with $3,000 to reinstate the loan or pay off balance..that was that. I have been treated as less than human..We honestly applied for the Hardship Loan kn good faith, and followed all instructions, now we are without our truck and it has been very difficult to survive. I still have my auto loan, and also had paid off a loan on another F-150 to Wells Fargo. At this point, I really am without words on the unethical way we were treated. I’m a human being..more than just a number..We had grave issues and turned (as suggested by Wells Fargo for help, however, what has happened is unbelievable! I would like some type of response..I do not want to have to seek a lawyer…(I’m not trying to make a threat..I just don’t know what else to do..

So, now I wait….no response, no calls, and no doXXXXents showing calls or voice mails!

I have spent over 20 hrs on the phone and keep getting people in this bank agreeing that they see dbl charges and fraudulent charges but refuse to do anything about this. infact charges that I did authorize they have denied causing major problems in my household. Infact they put a stop payment for this company that keeps attacking my account was put on but wells fargo is not honoring that. to me this is banking fraud by my account

hi–my name is rae ann. I have been a customer for many, many years. I read online that wells fargo would help their customers who really need it. my husband & I really–really need help right now. without boring you with all the details of how/why we got so far behind in our bills, I am asking that the last 4 months of insufficient fund fees please be reversed. this kindness would be of great value to us & greatly appreciated. right now we are minus $400. I do get my ss check tonight of $755. but with this amount being owed due to the fees, we will only have $355 left. this sure doesn’t help us pay the mortgage of $500 and have a few dollars left until the end of the month. I certainly don’t think what I am asking for will break the bank. if you have other programs available through wells fargo, please inform me of such. I look forward to hearing from ASAP.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Darlene Doris Davis. I am a God-fearing, humble, disable woman attempting to be healthy and comfortable. I am a customer of Wells Fargo Bank in Sumter, South Carolina. My checking account last 4 digits are 7072. The last 4 of my SS is XXXXX. I also have investments with Wells Fargo.
On May 3, 2017, I visited the Wells Fargo Bank located on Liberty and Main St. in Sumter, South Carolina.
I was directed to Trishia Baylor NMLSR ID 1026476 for a mortgage loan. After reviewing my application, Ms. Baylor snickered that I was denied. I was very disappointed, however I accepted her ruling.
On May 15, 2017, I received a call from a family member stating that they have mail for me. Because I use a p. o. box, I inquired of how they retrieved my mail. They informed me that it was tied to my entrance gate in a plastic bag. He proceeded to show me pictures of how it was tied to the fence.
All of my personal information. My personal business. My private paperwork. Treated like garbage. Left a terrible taste in my mouth.
Nevertheless, I opened the package and low and behold the loan application was approved. I wanted to make sure I was reading everything correctly. I went to Wells Fargo Bank. I was assisted by a representative. Everything was approved. I thanked Jesus and the representative. The papers were faxed from that branch.
DoXXXXents expressing approval were mailed to me via email and usps.
On May 17,2017, a letter of denial was delivered. It was stated “Excessive obligations in relations to income.”
If this is true, why on the same day May 17, 2017 Wells Fargo Bank gave me a line of credit for $10,000.00?
Is this a fraudulent act that you used in this case? Was my loan somehow transferred to someone else? Is this some kind of ponzi scheme?
Or is this some sort of discrimination. If I received a credit line from the bank without any problem, what does this insinuate about your department? What is the real reason I was denied? Why was I denied then approved then denied? What kind of games is your department playing?
These are some of the questions, I need answers to. I look forward to an answer from everyone that this letter is addressed to.
I look forward to thoroughly discussing this matter.

I have been banking with Wf for about 3 years and have loved them until about a week ago. I had made a personal regretful mistake that did not harm Wells Fargo in any way, place, or form. But Ericka Pravado in Las Vegas personally put a hold on my account and I told them to close my account then. They agreed and even took my ATM card. So the following day I get an update on my balance and my direct deposit from the employment check still got deposited. How is that so when “they closed my account.” So now they won’t let me withdraw MY MONEY. I have a one year old daughter and that money is used to feed myself and my baby and they have no morals at all. I explained that to them and still won’t release my funds to me. Who is Wells Fargo to keep my check from me? I’m not stopping until I get my money.

I had 167 and some change taken from my account by the corporate office . When I contacted the corporate office the treated me like I was stupid . After a 3 week investigation I was told no mistake took place and they DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY . Apparently I can’t do anything about it to get my money back . My wife and I will be terminating our account on Saturday . Please know your money is not safe with Wells Fargo . Take this as a warning . DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO .

I have already complained about the ignorant gossiping at the wells Fargo bank inside of Safeway on 115. The employees there are all about gossiping about customers or just involving customers in their gossip. It is to the point where I have already complained and there are STILL other employees whom had nothing to do with it, are still pointing, staring, and talking about people where they can hear them. At first, it seemed they “tried” to just whisper. Now it has gotten to the point that I AM GOING TO COOPERATE with this. It is offensive, unprofessional, and very ignorant. All because the “employee of the month” wanted to flirt with my husband and I found out about it. Wow, I didn’t think that such a professional bank would have people with high school hormones working for them!!!

I am so annoyed with Wells Fargo and here’s why. I have a $71 credit on my credit card. Yesterday I called asking for this credit to be transferred to my Wells Fargo checking account or a refund check be sent to me. One month did not set well with me so I typen a complaint. Upon searching the Internet, I found a couple of fax numbers that supposedly were in Mr. Sloan’s office. I’ve faxed to these numbers 3 times and receive a busy each time. Really??? Seriously??

Today I called the supposed Wells Fargo Customer Service Hot Line – 844-931-2273 and was told the fax number or email address could not be given out and was told I could send a letter to the Corporate Office. I told the customer service person that was 1950’s and I would not do that. Unbelievable.

It also looks like no one cares about our concerns and are NOT answering.

I have had an unsat experience today. First of all, I’ve been with Wells
Fargo for 11 yrs and today was my 1st bad experience. I have approximately $310 in a minor account, so wanted to withdraw $100 for my little girl’s Christmas. Went to the branch in Goose Creek SC where they denied my request because my NC drivers license expired 30 Nov. After heehawing around, the teller finally called a manager. I said Merry Christmas and left. After arriving home, a check was in the mail for $108.00, so returned to the bank. The teller and manager refused to cash it. I asked to close my account and was told that they couldn’t. I came very close to losing my religion.
I applied online 20 Nov for a license renewal only to find out that out of state drivers need to fill out a 5 pg application and mail to Raleigh NC which I did. Here it is 10 Dec.
I’m not upset about the money but at the way that I was treated. Customer Service skills are lacking

When I do close out my account, BB&T has my business.

You have foreclosed my property and bought it back for 10 thousand more than the original loan after 7 years of payment. You hired ocwen to service the loan. I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for many years and have been very happy with your service. My complaint is with the “powers to be” and their political ideology. Why did Wells Fargo pull their support of the Republican Convention because they don’t like Donald Trump? Why should the bank I do business with spit in the eye of all their customers that do not agree with your politics. This is pretty scary to me. Take care of my financial needs not try to use your company to play politics. Individually you have the right to be left or right, but I am disgusted that you would use your company in this way. You owe your customers more integrity then that.

I have used Wells Fargo for many years. While traveling for several weeks, my credit card was deactivated for security reasons. I am in a very remote location with limited services and desperately needed my card to purchase food/gas. I called and confirmed all of my security information and I was told that my card was reinstated. However, when I went to the store to purchase food, my card was declined. I called Wells Fargo again and I was told this time that my card could not be reinstated. I spoke with a supervisor, a rude woman named Cecilia, and explained to her that I was in an emergency and just need the card activated until I get home. She was argumentative and then told me there was nothing Wells Fargo could do so I told her I was switching banks which I fully intend to do when I get home. A lawsuit against Wells Fargo regarding this matter is also impending.

I been a wells Fargo customer for a little while and supposedly you only have 6 times a month to transfer money from account to account well it let me do 7 and now my account is negative -$15 how the hell do u only have a certain limit to transfer funds and then u let me do a extra one and then f-up my account SMH as soon as this gets resolved they lost a customer rep was no help she said she can waived it and less then a min later all of a sudden she can’t do it I get charged every little thing and my account stay in the negative I don’t even have to swipe my card they are crooks and as soon as this gets settled I’m going else where

Business checking account has had auto pay for several years to what we were told was a business line of credit YET when myself or my account or my attorney or Wells Fargo Business tried to get info on this withdraw of several hundred dollars per month ALL request were denied NOT PRIVY to this account? So Wells Fargo Business puts a block on any further withdraws but fails to tell us that there are ways to cirXXXXvent a block.

On 10/28/2015 some entity, the same entity of Wells Fargo that would not give any info about where our money was going, withdrew every penny from the business checking account except for $100! Seems that my deceased Mother opened a credit card account with somebody? Still no docs now bankrupt! Wells Fargo we look after your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe all of you,,just got off phone wd wfcc rep said I would have to go to chase bank and get them to fax a statement that said I had an account there n the funds were there and yet wf has credited my account ed the payment yet won’t allow me to access my money,,available credit is 0…when I tried to merge the call with chase the supervisor whom I was speaking with said he would hang up the phone, he would not speak to chase ,,wells Fargo is a bunch of crooks and liars,,,I say liars because the rep on yesterday told me my money would be available today,,,this guy is saying 10 days,,,I spoke with chase and it turns out wf hasn’t even submitted to withdraw the money and yet you have credited the payment…corporate crooks

My last Credit card statement called for a minimum payment of 476.00. I transferred 200.00 from my checking account and cashed in 500.00 I had acXXXXualted in my rewards and applied it to my credit card account. Sounds good as I have payed 700.00 and the minimum was 476.00. looking at my account today, i see I have a minimum payment of 715.00 including a past due of 276.00. Called customer Service who said only the 200.00 I transferred from checking counted and although the 500.00 was applied and lowered my balance it does not count as pay ment. Excuse me? Of course, there was nobody else he could refer me to that could possibly help me. When you redeem your points, no place does it say that it does not count as payment. I would like somebody to contact me to discuss this further and put my account in good standing. Thank you

Go to your local TV news station, tell them what happened and ask them to send a camera crew with you to wells fargo. Then ask them again where your money is while they are being filmed!

That should get you some results!!! If not, call the police in and tell them that money has been stolen from your account and you want to press charges, all while they are being filmed!!!

I have never been so insulted in my business career until I open a new account last week (7/18/14 at the Well Fargo Branch branch 1307 North Avenue, New Rochell, New York – It will be this week that I will close the account at Wells Fargo due to the insulting, condescending, disrespectful hostel tone and delivery of the remarks by a person who represented himself by way of his business card “Willie H. Kearse, Peeresonal Banker NMLSR ID: 597163 – who told me after I called to inquire about interest bearing on funds that I deposited in the bank to open the account the previous day . The amount was over $3000. When I called him he said to me he was having his lunch and he did not have time to talk to me – that I did not know what I was talking about in term of overnight deposits and the bank (Well Fargo does not make interest on over nigh deposit, I do not have time to talk to you I am busy with my lunch and if you want to I will close your account today – “Good by I have no more time to talk to you – and hung up the phone – In all due respect his branch managers the previous day did not even have the curiosity before he left the building to say Mr. Fields even when he had appeared early telling me that I have to give a local house address when I had informed his staff banker Willie Kearse that I had just return to the country having been oversea for the past five years. I was in the process of seeking a new housing and I am looking. We must a physical address – ok, I will give you my daughter address. Fast forward as a CEO and having given my US passport,SS, ID for Columbia, and Driver they open a account, and due the personal tone and hostile attitude of Willie H. Kearse – that account will be close this week – I take no insult for a very arrogant disrespectful bank employee when I had informed him of my status as a business executive and provided a business card – As the President of my company and being a African American and respecting all this man Willie Kearse was the most disrespectful (calling himself via his business (Personal Banker) person that I have encountered every via his hostel and disrespectful tone of deliver phone call only at the end telling me i will close your account and you can take your money else where.

To top off the issue there is no listing of a direct e-mail address to file a compliant – if so where in the hell is it listed –

Ur service is so bad and ur management does not help and the executive office does not know the issues because there is no respond or communication with customers they depend on there managers and they don’t help .
I did local wire from Wells Fargo to Wells Fargo and it will take 3 days they are so behind and they are using customers money to get interest while the customer can’t get hold of there own money

My husband and I entered the Wells Fargo branch at 9861 Okeechobee Blv’d,West Palm Beach,Fl.. There was no one to greet us and no sign-in sheet. Their were 4 people seated in the lounge area.We had missed placed or lost our debit card,so it was quite urgent for us to take care of ASAP.I looked around and all the offices were unoccupied except the first office. I peeked in and a young women said I’m the only one available right now, I will try my best to take care of you as soon as possible.It was taking a long time. So I went on line to the teller’s window and waited my turn in line it was quite busy. I asked the teller I would like to see the Bank Manager.She went in the back office out walks Peter Rhodes Store Manager, I explained to him the situation and he said as soon as the next teller is available he will take care of your problem- his name is Jose Castro and was very polite and helpful. However, a few minutes later all these employees came out from the back offices behind the tellers area, they looked at my husband and I and seemed nervous and upset.They went into the offices that were unoccupied and started to take care of the people waiting in the lounge area. It was Friday afternoon and it appears to me that they were goofing off. Please check this out, because there are alot of unemployed people who would love to have a job. This was very upsetting and disturbing to us as it is a Bank and not a Country Club.

I want to speak to someone concerning my mortgage held by WFC. I have tried at local branch but they are up to speed. I have also called various phone numbers 800-678-7986, 866-578-5263, 866-731-1357 all have been given with no response. Not sure what to do when you are requested to leave a number for a call back and nothing. My spouse is a former employee, my company clears through your first clearing sub, there must be someone I can speak too. If not I have no choice but to stop mtg payments so someone wiil speak to me. Very poor customer service.

My checking account was frozen without informing me. I have an average daily amount of $15K in my checking account. Someone froze my account creating returned check payment of my bills and credit account closures when my wife tried to use her credit cards plus my mortgage payment to Peoples Bank. I need to talk to a corporate executive asap. I was violated, my bills were not paid and accounts were closed due to Wells Fargos error.
I need to talk to someone at corporate levels. I can be reached at 203-383-XXXXX. We’ve been members of Wachovia/Wells Fargo for over 20 years and contiplating closing all my accounts if this problem is not rectified.
