Rue La La History

Rue La La was founded in 2007 by current CEO  Mark McWeeny in Boston, Massachusetts. The company is an invitation only website which offers private sales of discounted merchandise. Each sale has a limited time window in which merchandise can be purchased.

The company offers a wide variety of items including travel discounts, designer clothing, footwear, wine, handbags, jewelry, gourmet food, and local services, such as massages and manicures. As of 2011, Rue La La operates as a subsidiary of Kynetic L.L.C.

Sometimes referred to as a “flash” site, due to the short duration in which clients can purchase items, the company recently announced plans in May of 2016 to spend as much as $3 million expanding the company, as well as hiring approximately 150 new full time employees.

I purchased several Pandora charms months ago, I contacted Rue La La within days because one charm was scratched and the other did not fit. Rue La La said they would e-mail me a return label and they did not. I called them over four times month after month and each time they said they were e-mailing the label they did not. And after my final attempt to return the items I’m told I can receive a store credit. They keep my money and force me to buy more of their products. This is how they treat their customers. Although this is a small case, I will be seeking legal action for FRAUD, it is the principle. I could’ve returned item months ago, using my money but I was told to not to do so and to wait for to receive the label, which I never did… Customer Service HORRBILE AND I AM LEFT SPEECHLESS NEVER TO BUY ANYTHING FROM RUE LA LA AGAIN…

well I have had this credit card since 1985. If this happened to me, you can imagine how many other great people this has happened to. So Thanks, you did me a favor or is your site fake.
