This company is awful!! I wouldn’t recommend it on my worst enemy!! You can’t never just go somewhere and get the money off your card there is a very rude lady in customer service i keep getting her name is rose everytime i call and ask for cooperate number they hang up the lady rose MADE me lock my card by telling me keep trying to swipe it den told me i have to wait 24 business days for it to work again i don’t recommend at all !!!
I was at a ATM machine and $140 came out but but when I got ready to get it it went back into the machine so your company decided to give me the money until they investigated and once they investigated they said that there was no error but cardtronics that deals with the ATM machine said when the money come out and goes back in it goes to reserve account and that’s how they found out that the money went back in because it was in a Reserve account and I didn’t get the $140 so they said they credit the money rapidpay is holding my money I’ve been calling and calling seems like a million times and I have gotten no results and now they told me my case is closed I don’t understand how my case is closed the people that owns the ATM machine cardtronics told me that rapid pay never got in touch with them about $140 their tryingto keep my money I mean what kind of company are you keeping people’s money I am 84 years old and I should not have to go through this it has stress me out tremendously and the only Next Step that I can think of is getting a lawyer for my $140 I feel that it should never get to this point but I don’t know what else to do now
Your company is awful. Customer service is useless. You are holding a hard working teenager’s money hostage. Is this a Ponzi scheme company? Your actions (or inaction) are criminal. After reading these comments, the only action now is to get an attorney involved. And maybe a news station.
This company do not answer phones. They hang up on their customers. And they talk crack because they don’t wanna do their job. I’ve been waiting since November around Thanksgiving for them for money back on my card. The money is still not on my card. Your supervisors are not worth the 2 nickels you got together they don’t know their job and they don’t wanna do the job. Add beyond whole for I wanna have almost 2 hours before they pick up.
My card has been deactivated because doordash has been charging me for door pass at $9.99 monthly for over a year which I never signed up for! When it was brought to my attention I contacted them and they would only reimburse me for the months where I didn’t use door dash! So they reimbursed me for 6 months and Rapid said it was too many deposits and deactivated my card so they have 2 paychecks and I need to pay my rent and get food and Xmas for my family! Ive called numerous numbers onmy to be hung up on after waiting from a hour to 3 hrs! I don’t know what to do! Any suggestions???
This institution is a joke, and I will no longer use they service again or recommend them. I confirmed that my check been deposit by my employer, when I call them they can’t even tell me if I have a pending deposit. How can you not tell that? I spoke with a guy by the name of Daniel Lopez which was the supervisor, when I ask to speak with a manager,he told me managers don’t speak with customers. I asked him is there anyone I can speak to that’s over him ever? He told me no. So I asked for the GM name he refused to tell me, so I asked him for corporate phone number,he told me corporate do not accept calls from customers. This is ridiculous! How can I feel comfortable with a institution like this holding my money. I haven’t ever heard of a legit business that won’t allow you to speak with a manager, or give you the number of the corporate office. Every bank or money institution I ever did business with can tell if you have a pending deposit or not. This probably the worst experience I ever witness coming from a business,that supposed to be respectable. Never again will I do business with this company

I got my first check deposited to this card and when I call the number to check my balance it says that I don’t have a card. No option to call customer service and my $ seems to be locked up, which is what should happen to these f-ers. Canceling my card. Do not trust these f**ks.
I tried my card at the atm 1 time and the transaction was declined tried it again and they locked up my card I call and they say for me to send them a copy of my driver’s license and social security card I sent it numbers of times they say they can’t see it everyone I talk to giving me the run-around even supervisors I have to wait 4 business hours which is Monday it didn’t take 4 business hours for them to lock up my card so why can’t I get food for my kids cleaning supplies for my house because of some dumb a** locking up my card this is the last time I will ever use this card I will be calling Monday to report the supervisor I spoke with for the 30th time 😣
I truly hate this company. They lock your card if you exceed limits and you’re forced to wait 4 hours to use it again. Even though I didn’t exceed my limits , but there system took 6 transactions and counted them twice. Due to their systems mistakes I am forced to wait 4 hours to use my own money. That sounds insane. As a mother and for my job I can’t have limits on my own money. I need to be able to use it whenever , wherever without a financial institution telling me no. I am not a child and shouldn’t have to wait to use my card. Due to this I am unable to pick up my child and purchase the thing I need for him.I am stuck at a location and can’t order a care share because of this. I have all this money and i am stranded. STRANDED. I will be cancelling my account and I will never eve use this company. I hate the fact my job made us use them . I will be fixing this first thing Monday morning.
Do use it been good until now they locked up my card for nothing and they giving a run or round about my check been direct deposit and will not release my money
I deposited my money to my bank account more than a week ago and it’s still not there. I need to talk to a representative aboiyt my money !!
so customer service for 10 days have not helped me and keep giving me the run around so if I do not hear from some with a resolution I will contact a senator and news agency for theft
customer service is crap and will not help what so ever tried to charge me 50 dollars after someone stole my card just to send me another in 3-5 days after talking to someone who said a new one would already be on its way now its been two weeks no card no paper work and my money gone worse card company ever.
