So I came in and spent over $100 on shoes and other stuff not too long ago and yes I did wear the pair for about 2 to 3 hours before I notice the right shoe hurting my foot really bad because of a manufacturer defect there are strings coming loose in the shoe causing pain on my foot. Your employees in the Lancaster location off of Lancaster Boulevard very rude and are unwilling to listen or try and be nice at all unless they’re selling you something then they’re nice but if there’s a problem with something they are rude. They think they are above everybody and older women especially I feel. I felt like it was a little racist in there towards women. And they have the attitude of they are better than everybody. And their customer service skills suck. I would really appreciate someone getting back to me to fix this problem with my shoe. And cutting the strings in the shoe is not a solution I did NOT pay $100 for a pair of shoes I have to fix myself. You guys need to figure out a way to fix this problem for me and your employees need some training on how to deal with customer service better and not have such a rude crappy attitude. If this is not resolved I will never shop here again. I just think it’s sucks to pay so much money for a pair of shoes to have such poor quality. You guys should be ashamed that Payless has better quality shoes than you right now and that’s not cool you need to fix this. Sincerely one angry customer

I’m pretty upset with the way my son was treated with a return he had. At first it was great as we were returning a board(full set-up) for store credit or exchange. He opted to get a deck, grip tape, bearings and wheels. Which he had to pay extra since it was over the cost of the board, which was okay. He paid cash for the extra amount, but 20 minutes later he decided to return the bearings that were unopened and was given a paper gift card with the amount written in. This really sucks since he paid cash he should get the cash back. After this experience we will only return to use the gift card/paper and then nothing after that. We were at the Palmdale location.

With Christmas right around the corner I went to your website to look for gift ideas. Needless to say I was shocked and dissapointed to see the Matt Allen pool advertisement. I realize as a mother of two young men I am not your main customer however I am the one who pays for the boards and clothing they do purchase. I think it’s too bad that you feel it necessary to disregard and degrade woman when you have young women who make purchases in your store as well. I think it goes without saying I have little affect on your store however I wanted you to be aware of the reason my dollars will be spent at other boardshops this Christmas.
