Pet Pros was founded in 1986 in Seattle, Washington. The company is now one of the largest, independently owned pet supply stores in the Pacific Northwest, with 24 locations. Several of the stores are family owned and operated, including the Las Vegas, Nevada, location as well as  Haley Gardner, who owns another location in Washington.

I visited the store in Edgewood in Washington State, and I had put in an order for 6 bags of frozen dog bones, and some food. I was told that they would call me when the order came in. So, today I called to inquire about my order and the woman said that my order was there and had came in yesterday…. So, how come if your told your going to get a call but don’t, WHAT’S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE??? I don’t like being told that I’m going to get a call, but don’t.
THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS, PERIOD!!!!
I COULD HAVE CAME IN THE STORE ON MY WAY HOME FROM MY DAUGHTERS PLACE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
I’M GETTING TO THE POINT THAT I DON’T WANT TO DEAL WITH PETPRO’S….. Your customer service SUCKS A**!!!!!
