The alternative for EA/POGO is to refund the fee paid and cancel our membership????

I was away in rural Japan when I got notice of someone accessing my Battlefield V account. Then I received notice that I was banned for cheating. When I was able to reach a spot with internet access, I opened up an EA support case, explaining the situation and explaining that I could prove that I was in Japan at the time, along with proof of the IPs logging on not being my own. They quickly closed the case saying that they “investigated” and were correct. Any further communication I have tried has been recycling the same copy and paste.

I am trying to get logged into my account. It has been several weeks now and still nothing. I contacted the help folks. I missed their call. They left a message but no phone number to return the call. It’s not fair that I have paid for my membership but can’t get into my account. If I hear nothing back from this post regarding my issue. I will seek help from the Attorney General’s Office. From what I am reading here the is enough complaints to warrant a class action suit. The resolution I am looking for is for EA to fix this problem.

EA customer service is run by the most disrespectful unknowledgeable individuals I’ve had to deal with in awhile. All I needed was help updating an old email address that was no longer viable to my present one. After what felt like hours of run around they reply that they can’t help me. Now I can’t access the account in question AT ALL. Idiots!!!!

Never in my life have I heard of so many incompetent people in one company. You would think someone working in a tech department would know a little something about tech or at least more than I do. I have spent so much money on one single game that it’s not even funny. I can’t believe all the bullcrap I had to go through just to download a game that doesn’t work. No one should have to pay for the run around but that’s what you are paying Entertainment Arts for with every penny. You are paying for the idk and hold on a second game. Paying people to act smart. I expect my technical support person to know more about what we are discussing than me and I am sure every one else does as well. I mean why call tech if you are tech???… DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS OR YOU WILL HAVE NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once you have an issue with EA that their call center can not answer you are done. EA customer support does not extend beyond their call center. You get stuck in an endless loop with their call center, because there is zero follow through beyond that point. Corporate greed at its finest, they hire a call center that can not make any decisions. They are strictly troubleshooters. Because they are not EA employees, they have separation from their customers and the issues with their products, plus the call centers costs are substantially cheaper than a corporation having its own companies customer service centers. So when you have an issue with your account you get zero personal contact with an Employee from EA. Only contact is by email and as the customer we have to wait for them to respond. Is that truly how customer service should work. I do not believe so.

I recently contacted EA in regards to Madden Mobile and I provided them with the date and approximate time when I lost two players I attempted to train to raise their points but something happened and I lost two players. My experience wth the customer support was not so good. They contacted me and advised me that they were unable to find any lost content . I was then told to get the right date and contact them when I gave them all the right information. I have purchased Ea games for over 20 years and after basically being called a liar I will stop buying Ea products and will let my friends know of my experience.

Wow you have the worst customer service I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and I sure am sorry I did To repair a madden 2015 football game that was a down load bought through Xbox 1 that from day one I had a problem with and had trouble explaining whats wrong with the game only to receive a rude nasty email from you ! Now after jumping into the Xbox and putting all the blu ray thing in and resetting we have done nothing to resolve the matter you drop the ball Now Just like I took on Micro soft Hello States Attorney General Consumer product I paid for a game that didn’t work from the benign the down load was frozen glitch the players froze I could not earn coins the game is stuck in its self and will not progress A 20 dollar down load is going to cost you hundreds of thousands You Hide within yourself s out sourcing jobs to India people who could care less what your problem is they don’t listen ,Once I find what consumer laws have been broken But First and for most You should listen to the calls between myself and your India staff ONE PISSED OFF GOLDEN BEAR!

Inquiry- I have the Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12 game for iPhone and iPad. Not the Masters version.
Will there ever be an update for this game. I really think it is the best golf game out there.
With the new iOS due shortly from Apple, I think maybe the game will not be playable. Is there a solution? I do not see any of the other Tiger Woods games in the App Store.

there is no way to contact when you get ripped off, because of all their problems with their new slots they have taken down or disabled the help site no way to log in when you go all thru the hoops they give you to contact them. I ea help chat is down emails and phone calls back you don’t get.
