Del Taco was founded in 1964 by Ed Hackbarth and David Jameson.  The first restaurant was called Casa Del Taco and was located in Yermo, California.

In 1966, Dick Naugle joined the founders to create Red-E-Food Systems whose purpose was to franchise the Casa Del Taco system.  Naugle would leave 5 years later to start his own Mexican fast-food chain.

In 1973, the company dropped “Casa” and became just Del Taco.

In 1976, the company is purchased by a group of investors.

By 1978, there are 100 Del Taco locations.  By 1981, there were 350 stores.

In 1988, Del Taco merges with Naugles under the leadership of Anwar Soliman.

In 1990, the management team purchases the company from Soliman.  Kevin K. Moriarty is named as CEO.

In 2006, the chain is purchased by Sagittarius Brands, LLC.

In 2008, the 500th restaurant opens in Burbank, California.

The company was acquired by Levi Acquisition and went public on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol TACO in late 2015.

We have frequented DT for over 40 years and in the last year we have noticed a change and was wondering if it is just a local franchise decision? We frequently choose to swap out the standard red sauce on a Del meat burrito with green sauce. At our Antioch location they have started charging us an additional 50 cents per item for the change of sauce as an up charge fee rather than just a trade. off. But in SoCal there is still no added cost? If we say something then the cost can be Adjusted so not sure if is a training issue or a franchise position in Antioch?

Picked up a dozen grilled chicken taco last night at the Lakewood, Colorado store.
Asked if I wanted any hot sauce and I said a little variety. The clerk through in enough sauce to fill a sandwich bag after we use a pack of sauce per taco! Is that generous or stupid?

My husband and I are senior citizens and we live in Dayton, NV right outside of Carson City, NV. While in Carson City we stopped at Del Taco for lunch. My husband ordered a chicken burrito, and I ordered two tacos and a nacho. Oh boy, and I distinctly said NO PEPPERS, well it just happens that this new sauce that you have HAS peppers in it. Oh boy, my hubby and I both got extremely SICK. Horrible. I don’t think we will be stopping there again. When I think of nachos I think of a cheddar sauce. The staff was great, but the food, YUCK. Sorry.

My wife and I use to eat at Del Taco a lot, but since you started adding Soil Plant whatever instead of real beef, We are no longer customers to you or anyone who attempts to change our desire for real beef. Use to be a good place to eat but i am so disappointed that you decided to listen to Peta and the other environmental nutjobs.
You helped us to decide to eat more at home again. You’ll never see us any longer.

I need attentions to these issues with this Del Taco locations here in Ontario Ca. I am having a problems with the management team of this store. All managers are Very unorganized, not properly trained in policy and procedures, rules and states regulations, bad money management, bad management tactics.

I have a under age daughter working at this locations. There have been many incidents at this locations with my under age daughter, and few other employees. Within the last couple of months there have been multiple (I mean MULTIPLE) times that management has intimated (bullied) my daughter and the other employees that are working there. There have been 6 employees that have quit within the past 3 weeks due to being mistreated and disrespected. The managers are abusing their authority. I don’t know who trained these managers at this locations. The treatment of the employees at this locations is uncalled for and needs to be dealt with from higher up.

(Example 1) I’ve went through drive thru one day, came up to the window to pay when I witness a female manager in an employees face yelling at her for grabbing the wrong order. Manager walked a way cursing out loud where everyone in the restaurant could hear. The employee was clearly upset and embarrassed.
( Example 2) On another day I came in to grab dinner and noticed that the employees were very busy, backed up, short handed and the managers no where to be found came out of the back office 20 minutes later giggling and laughing, not helping their employees. Customer questioned a female manager of how much longer does she have to wait for her order to be done, she’s has been waited 30 minutes for her order. So the manager, turned around speaking in Spanish to other managers (standing against the counter) giggling and laughing with each other. The woman got upset and asked for a refund of her order. I decided not to order dinner from there after what i witnessed that night. I have tried to speak to management multiple times on multiple occasions. Got the same results, NOTHING!!!!!!

My daughter has been complaining of not having breaks or lunches due to her when she’s at works. I am very worried as a mother what is really going on at this location. I thought that working for Del Taco was supposed to be a team effort. There is so much going on at this store that no one knows about or speaking up about. No one should be yelled at, cursed at, and or degraded for working.
I truly do feel that everyone needs to be retrained immediately!!! There is so much more issues that need attention. I hope that these issues and others issues get resolved in a timely matter if you want to keep getting my business and business from the community around the neighborhood. Went to restaurant located in Perris, Ca ordered an 8 layer vegie burrito only to be told they no longer sell them only the beyond one. It was awful. I do not like the taste of meat. I am so disappointed in the fact that you dropped a truly veggie burrito for a fake meat one.

I’ve been going to Del Taco @ Brookhurst & Hamilton in Huntington Beach for 25 years.
My orders get mixed up even though they are simple orders & I have to repeat the order 2 or 3 times. Sage Damato takes the orders now & his voice is clear & concise & there’s no confusion when ordering. He’s always professional & comes across as being very intelligent. He’s a great asset to Del Taco & I hope Del Taco appreciates him as much as the public. Thanks, Gwen Miller

i can’t find a corporate email address i can email, so this will do. i was in the drive thru at the location on northfield blvd in denver, co. while in the drive thru, the signage blew over and damaged my car. the staff inside provided no help beyond giving me the personal phone number of a manager who did not answer my call. i took photos and a video, and i’d really like some immediate help in resolving this issue. i sincerely hope del taco staff read these comments.

I tried the Beyond Taco the meat is horrible. I started going to Del Taco because you had the Ground Turkey Meat which was great and I would like to see back on the menu. I no longer go because I don’t eat beef and I really don’t care for the chicken taste. I don’t know why you took off you could have kept it too. Very disappointed…

I wanted to send this in an email instead of a public forum, but i can not find any email addresses. As a former restaurant manager in my state and a parent i have issues i want to address. My 16 daughter (who is unaware i am sending this) works at our local Del Taco location and while she was 15, she was being scheduled after legal working hours for her age as well as longer hours than the the law allows during school hours. It took several reminders of her age before the illegal scheduling stopped, but by then she was within 2 weeks of her 16th birthday.

Recently she has left work sick and when she brought in a doctors note, before she could even drive home, a drive of less then 10 minute, we got a text from a friend a the doctors office saying someone called to verify she was actually seen by a doctor and that he said she needed to miss work. The store manager is now requesting the next time she is vomiting and has to miss work, for her to take pictures of the vomit as proof!

Is it common practice at the chain for these types to things to occur? I have never heard of such things being inline with corporate policies, even for a franchise location.

I have nothing good to say about a location in Las Vegas store number 0848, on craig st and nellis , they always have you waiting way to long and when i finally get my food its cold if its right which it never is i have tried to get it fixed management won’t do anything about if your black or mexican they serve you right away but mevbeing native American and white all i get is disrespect

I am an employee at del taco kennasaw ga. I was recently told that i have to wear sleeves because i have tattoos. I don’t have a problem with that. My problem is why do i have to wear them when there are managers and other employees that have tattoos. But they do not have to wear sleeves. My tattoos are not offensive or harsh. The employees hand book states that tottoos from neck down are ok.

Today 2/23/19 at about 4:30PM I went to the Prescott valley AZ location The delivery truck was blocking most of the parking lot I parked in the handicap space as I have a permit I went inside and ordered my food when I came out the delivery service had put a pallet behind my vehicle I asked them to move it and they just laughed I went inside The manger was real nice got me new hot food than had them move the pallet and helped me back out I am very happy with the store and service I get but something needs to be done with your delivery service please let me know what you do

January 18th 2019, 10pm, Gresham Oregon location. Ordered 6 items to-go, when got home 4 items were incorrect. When i called to talk to the manager about solutions to the problem, she talked over me and yelled at me and said, and i quote, “If you got a problem with your order you need to take it up with another manager at another time.” when i asked for the corporate phone number she refused to give it to me. When i told her i will be calling the store Manager Monday morning she said, again quoting, “I dont care they wont do anything.”
It seems you have no control over you employees at all.
This is horrendous on 2 accounts, first %75 of the order was made wrong that is very bad ratio, secondly and MOST IMPORTANTLY is the managers you chose to represent your company should be better than what i delt with tonight. Im 43 years old and this is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had!
The managers name was GLORIA, we will never return to your business EVER again, not because the food was bad but because of GLORIA the manager and her horrible horrible horrible customer service. This experience was so bad that im going to tell everyone to not go there as well.
Tell me you fired GLORIA and ill stop, until then everyday of my life im going to tell people not to go to Del Taco forever. Ive already left 1 star review on google and yelp and Facebook.

On January 8th at 12:06 CST we visited the drive thru on NW Expressway in Oklahoma City OK 73132. This was our first Del Taco experience, and this store had just opened 8 days prior to our visit. I ordered the Pollo Asada Avocado bowl. 1) it was this short tiny dish and nothing like the long spread in the pic online 2) the slices of avocado was past expiration. It was not simply brown on top as avocados will brown when you cut them and leave them out (but totally not acceptable for a restaurant), but the brown was softer than the rest of the avocado, it was a very dark brown, and from the side view it took up about a third of the layer of the avocado. 3) the food taste like pure salt, 4) no plastic ware, 6) we also ordered the street taco, but my son received a burrito plato instead, 7) we a couple extra extra random food items we didn’t order. 7) we tried to phone them for over an hour when we found out. 8) we tried to complete the 10-15 minute form online with about 15 mandatory questions from a drop down set of menus before you can state your issue just to have it flip back to the beginning after completion. Finally reached the local store and they were refusing to refund order and very rude. They said we could have more food. Did online form again, got confirmation letter that it was being transferred to correct people, and a week later still no response, sent picture of the weird receipt for almost $23 and the rotting avocado. I can’t respond to that email, webpage has no phone number… just located some 800 number online will try it and reposting this complaint at some supposed corporate complaint board for Tel Taco.

Never had any issues at Del Taco at Hazel and Madison Avenues in Fair Oaks, CA; until today. Of course this was the day I asked my son to take his toddler to get a junior bean and cheese burrito no sauce and a small chicken quesadilla. Well the bean burrito was awful. I told him about the good beans at Del Taco too… Instead we got Dry, Thick, tiny bit of cheese at one end of burrito (not melted), beans barely warm, and tasted funny.
I called and girl said she just came on shift and offerred to remake everything with fresh beans. Who wants to get back in their car, drive back to them etc.. ?
Here is the deal. She said she just came on shift and did not know about the beans. Yet her name was showing up on my receipt as the Host. But the person who actually helped us was a guy.
Basically she was likely the host making the food, so why didn’t she make sure the beans were cooked to Franchise Standards and Quality? This was a first at this location, so not good. Owner needs to take a look at this. Candidate location for Under Cover Boss !!!!!

You need a new manager at 2002 E. Highland Avenue, San Bernardino. Employees are scheduled too many days at a time before a day off. Selena calls people on their day off. There is much discrimination at this store. There should be an audit and/or review at this particular Del Taco. Why are your Regional Managers so lax?

I’ve been buying your Iced Coffees for the last 2 0r 3 Years and just lately I have got some bad ones . My wife and I have really enjoyed them . We would stop in 2 or 3 times a week just for the Iced Coffee . One day I took a big sip as I was leaving and it tasted like the cream was curdled so they made some fresh stuff and it was fine and they have all been good until 12/27/2018 . I bought 2 and I didn’t taste them till I got home and me and my wife agreed they tasted bad . So I took them back and they gave me 2 more and the Manager said I’ve complained about them 2 or three times before and the next time I complained they wouldn’t make good on them . I told her I’ve only complained Once Before and that’s fine there are plenty of other places to go so I tasted one of them before I left and they were bad also . So I Guess I’m Cut Off .I left and didn’t get my money back. .The Store # 0878 Payson Arizona I made my Purchase The 2:22 pm Shift Incase Your Really Interested . The Morning Manager Is A Lot Better I Guess Somehow It was My Fault That They Sold Me Something That Was Bad .

I worked for the Del taco in Temecula store 763 and the management there is horrible. The GM is very young minded and very childish. They are too messy and full of drama. They always gossip and talk about each other. The GM did nothing about it because she is the main one gossiping. Worst company I’ve worked for.

I went to the Del Taco in Lancaster, CA off Avenue L a few minutes ago. This was the worse experience. Who ever owns this chain needs to give it up. False Advertisement! The burritos advertised right now 2 for $6, is a sham….. I bought $20 worth of food and when I looked at the food, the burrito, it looked like a bunch of slop! even if you advertise on the TV looking like a full burrito with meat the beans and cheese, come closer than a rolled up flat tortilla. My burrito barely had meat and the beans looked like slop on a burrito shell. You are robbing the customers. I have a cast on my let and could not go back up there and make them do it again or throw it in someones face. Your company is wrong for doing people like this. Never again. I did take a picture of it before I gave it to the dog. I’m thinking about following this up another way as well.

Most of the time I eat at the Del Taco in Fair Oaks, CA(#0129) and I love the food. But the store is not clean. When you open the door the handle and the whole door is very dirty, the floors are dirty, the windows are dirty, the soda machine is dirty along with each soda name, the ice tea container is dirty and the spot is very dirty, the whole bathrooms are all very dirty the only thing that is not dirty is the tables. It even smells some times. It seems like it’s the only thing they clean. I still love going there and eating and sitting and reading my book at the same time. I even eat at the Del Taco in Citrus Heights and it’s dirty, too, but not as bad, the bathrooms are dirty. Please do something about this so my time spent there will be more pleasant. Thanks

I went to del taco on montgomery blvd in albuqurque new mexico it was night i entered the drive thru the lady didnt say hello or anything she just said ” what do you want” i gave her my order and was gonna order a drink and she cut me off and told me to pull up and was rude at the window this is a horrible establishment i will never eat here again she was disrespectful food was not good all around bad experience starting with the rude drive thru employee 4720 Montgomery Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 get your s**t together and quit hiring incompetent a-holes who cant handle dealing with people i am never going back

Why is the Del Taco located at 2202 E. Highland, San Bernardino, CA. closing for 10 days for repairs. None of the employees will be working for 10 days, which will mean no pay for approximately 1 month! Is there something wrong with this picture?!? PLUS EMPLOYEES ARE NOT BEING PAID FOR 10 DAYS. SMH

Greetings from Culver City. I have been experimenting with Burrito ingredients and came up with my “Soltero Burito” If you are in Del taco as a Bachelor, or without your “other”. It consists of scrambled Eggs, Diced onions, one avocado slice and rice. They make it for me
at the Culver city Del Taco. it’s really good., Not too much stuff. On another note; there is a problem you should address; The homeless are here to stay. Del taco may have to rethink the bench seats. The cloth bench backs. They absorb urine and bacteria as customers sleep on them, or put personal items against them. The fabric cannot be cleaned well enough so it smells really bad. (anayway) Thanks for the great custom food!

Taco night is very limited, why? Sure 3 regular tacos for $1.29 on Tuesday’s after 3pm is a deal, and Thursday’s 3 grilled chicken tacos for $2.29.

Why not offer other tacos deals? Personally, I like a little more stuff with my tacos like the tomatoes etc… my favorite is turkey tacos.

I would frequent Del Taco more if they offered even more deals.

Boy, you don’t make it easy to contact you. I went on your website and was informed there was not criteria meeting Prescott Valley 0719 (order #5 20136) although it is on my receipt and I am pretty sure I was in that location. I just had the worst experience at your Prescott Valley AZ location. First the host (Brendan) was rude. Appeared he didn’t want to answer our questions. Was mumbling and got irritated when he had to repeat his questions. As I was standing around waiting for the prep/cooks to do their job: one was dancing around with a tortilla in here hand, two girls were viewing something on a cell phone. They didn’t seem to be in any hurry. After viewing the cell phone the girl (tallish Blond) dropping the fries put the cell phone in here back pocket. I guess they are allowed to have their cell phones while working. She had one glove on, but did not on the other hand. The short Spanish women had glove on but did not change them and proceeded to do prep work. I mentioned that cell phones are one of the dirtiest things we own. No apology etc. While we were eating the proceeded to point at me and talk about me. There were only 2 other customers in the store so I guess it was play time. The food was terrible. I checked on yelp after this experience and can see why this location gets “1”s. I will not be returning.

Hello My name is Milano I went to your Del Taco store in Folsom 2699 east bidwel street Folsom CA 95630 Well Your Shift leader Jasvir Needs to be terminated because as customer she treats us like s**t including employees but as customer I don’t have right to tell her my quesodilla had green sauce but asked for no green sauce. I be honest I raised my voice because instead apologizeing she demands the food be returned when I started raising my voice she called the police and stated that that she is afraid of her life told the police that she does not want me going back there you can check your camera at 7:39pm I was there today 11/29/17 started with the ice water that I put little bit soda in it she send employee to come tell me that which I did poured and get ice water I know it’s right to mix my drink with soda when I didn’t pay for it but enough it’s enough she treats everyone one like that on top of that calls the police because I told her the food is wrong she has attitude as paying customer and coming everyday spending money you allow and Shift manager do that today it’s me it will be more complaints and I have witnessed my self she has done to others but I will speak up if you don’t want take action and believe her your choice I really don’t care but Del Taco if you care about your customers you need to take action that’s what I’m saying good luck with your business but she is not good employee it might be good fiscal employee but manager material no also the cashier did ring my order correctly and she was cooking that’s why she thinks she’s right and everybody is wrong her Name is Jasvir Kahr

What’s going pon with the Del Taco on SW 19th in Moore, OK? It’s been closed for weeks, if not months, with signs saying closed to repair damage. All glass is covered with these paper signs, and yet WE’VE NEVER SEEN ANY SIGNS OF CONSTRUCTION! Is the restaurant closed permanently?

It’s been over 4 years I didn’t returned to this place because of bad experiences before the del taco #0313 in Huntington Beach but I was starving for lunch a seen the drive thru moving quickly as for me I only have 30 mins for lunch break , so it looked like some changes were done I don’t know what really , maybe the flags or tables removed outside but it looked different even no homeless outside so I gave it a shot …. very suprising the visit in the drive thru wasn’t bad at all in and out very fast …. maybe new management or something but now I go twice a week and even take my family on the weekends since it’s close to the beach … great job at this location now

This week I was called for a job at Del Taco I was very excited because I have been retired for a few years now looking for a part-time job or full-time something that I would enjoy in my retirement age I had worked in the grocery business for 37 years and managed to run a store that did an average of $750,000 a week the company I work for was Ralphs market in San Clemente I also continue to work another five more years for stats fishbeck as an in-house designer so you could see that I’ve been pretty dedicated to company’s worked very hard and thought I could handle this job at Del Taco I was sadly mistaken of course the girl that hired me her name was Irma was very pleasant very professional I enjoyed being trained with her on the first day however the second day I was being trained by a gentleman named Sergio the second day we were making all the tacos for this restaurant on Lake Forest I would like to know how come we wear gloves while we’re handing customers Foods and yet Sergio did not wear gloves and was handling the cheese and lettuce constantly putting his hands where we would draw the food for customer’s orders on top of it all I’m only my second day of training he was constantly barking at us to go faster faster faster what if you have to make 20 tacos I know when I trained employees for Ralphs market you have to give an employee at least a week or two to get your procedures down before you start barking at them to go faster of course we all want to make money for our companies and see them that they succeed because their success is our success. I think you need to revamp your training procedures before you start putting employees on a busy afternoon Rush you should make sure they at least get some what of your menu down of course this is my opinion and I gave my notice today to Irma I was set up to be working at the new Del Taco on El Toro Road which is a franchise but I was hoping that the person that owns this restaurant would like to know that his employees were trained well. In my opinion I think you should spend a couple of days on the off hours or early morning hours to train your employees on your taco bar give the employee a chance to get the things and how they are made and your procedures and rules down before you start barking at them to work in a busy time training during a busy time is not a good procedure thank you for your experience for the few days that I had work for your company.

Corporate! Upon visiting your location in Post Falls, Idaho today (11-2-2017), I plus several other diners witnessed a disgusting sight of a male employee (teen) whom was placing prepared foods into bags and onto trays while rubbing his eyes and face along with coughing into his hands! At this point, I called him to the counter and requested him to wash his hands before touching any other items. His response was to respond with an “OK” and proceeded to continue to bag food items. At this point, I insisted he wash them at that moment, which he did. Other diners in the store commented to me and thanked me for saying something. They were all disgusted with this issue. Over the years, I and my family have spent many of our hard earned dollars in your facility and I must state that after today, I will have to consider my other options in town. I have owned these types of operations in the past and it was standard operating procedure for employees to wear nets on hair and to NEVER EVER touch the face or any other part of the body or cough in the hands. This was taught as the very first training procedure when a new employee was brought into my establishment to work. Lax procedures lead to serious illnesses! (And yes I did watch my food being prepared very carefully and fortunately this individual did not touch any of my food or containers touching my food.) On another note – anyone who has long hair should have it completely pinned up on the head and not just put into a ponytail. This ponytail style gets flipped around near and around the food being prepared and loose hair does, indeed, fall out and I do not appreciate the extra protein in the meal!

Went in for lunch at your Bullhead City, AZ location this afternoon. First stop was to the Men’s Room. Plastic garbage bag covering the urinal with sign Out of Order. Another plastic garbage over the sink and the door to the toilet was locked. I couldn’t help but wonder how employees washed their hands. On my way out, I came upon a young male employee in a Del Taco uniform and I asked him if he was the manager to which he replied that he was not. I asked if he was aware of the condition of the Men’s Room and he said that he was. He went on to tell me that he had told his manager about the situation and she had ignored him. Wife and I had lunch at Taco Belle.

Today, July 21, 2017 @ 12:55 pm I went to Store #0986 @ the Long Beach Town Center location. My host was Sandra. I ordered the $1.00 Bean & Cheese Burrito and when asked what flavor sauce, I said *extra, extra, extra red sauce. I also ordered THE BIG TACO. I am dining in, get my food & sit down. Yet another disappointment … we stopped eating there because a) they couldn’t get the order right or b) it was so skimpy on quantity. Thought I’d give it another chance … BIG MISTAKE! My burrito had not one drop of red sauce on it AND the so called BIG TACO had tons of lettuce & cheese and VERY LITTLE MEAT to speak of! CERTAINLY NOT AS ADVERTISED!
If that wasn’t bad enough, then I see Sandra supposedly cleaning off the tables, with the same nasty smelling rag going from table to table. Enough to gag a maggot, for me anyway! Too bad I won’t ever be going back there, because … as close & convenient as it is, I can’t see wasting my time & money on this place ever again! Guess I need to re-think going to Taco Bell … I have been extremely loyal to Del Taco for a very very long time. Looks like it is time for a BIG CHANGE!

I was at your Del Taco #0146 at 11723 Del Amo Blvd Lakewood Calif 90715 at 12.04 am September 1 2017 order #23. I ordered 4 Queso crunch at $1.79 and 2 value tacos at 69 cents each. Total $9.33.
When I got home I was disgusted to see that your advertised yummy NEW QUESO CRUNCH taco should had been called a lettuce taco. If there was a teaspoon of taco meat in there that was plenty. Your Value taco was the same. For once I wanted to try Del Taco as I have always gone to Taco Bell . Sorry to say I will stay with Taco Bell. What a disappointment! I took a picture to compare to a Taco Bell I will order tomorrow.

This past Thursday 7/13/17 at 11:20pm we went to buy breakfast burritos and were told they no longer do them after 11:00pm just got off the phone with a manager that says yes we still do them at 11:00pm. This location has done this I cannot tell you how many times this year, they lie all the time because they are lazy and don’t want to do their jobs. I call and speak to a manager and nothing is ever done at this location. This is one of the worst Del Taco locations for service day or night, run by a bunch of liars who are to lazy to work!!!!!!!!

I just want to say ive eaten del taco food for years but this morning i ordered two steak & egg burritos what a shock they were the worst steak & egg burritos I’ve ever ate. I remember before they were so good they had good steak & eggs cheese in them they were great. Today they only had dryed steak like shoe leather no cheese eggs no taste. I tryed these before the same way but i thought maybe they would be different wrong. There an old saying if it works don’t fix it. You did have a good burrito before. But now you changed them they taste like s**t. You should refund me the $7.50 I paid for these. I won’t be ordering from del taco anymore. Im switching to Taco Bell.
Very disappointed customer.

Del Taco is a horrible fast food franchise not only for the food and service they give to customers, but for the way they treat their employees. My daughter got summer job there and had to quit after two weeks! They refuse to give their employees a fifteen min break unless they work a minimum of six hours.
I will be contacting corporate and Colorado Dept of labor!

The food has gone down Hill for Years.. I told corp. and the Local owners and they don’t care.. because the store making money . the Bottom Line for them .. I have been eating Del taco since I was kid. Quality has went down the drain. For example the one location near my work place on harbor in OC in fountain valley . My order at lunch time rush is slopped together and a few times like today through the drive through I got the wrong order again.

Quality I guess gets lost when you get so big.

I went through the drive through at the del taco in Palmdale on Palmdale blvd and 20th today and for some reason my tortillas are always hard and cold. Two previous times my tortillas were also hard but I didn’t have time to wait or go in to complain, so today when I went and after I ordered I asked the girl if she could make sure my order was FRESH! Then when I got to the window I said it again and the girl looked at me and didn’t say anything. She just went grabbed my order and brought it to me. When I checked my food low and behold some hard a%# tortillas! The worst customer service I’ve seen in awhile. When I went inside to complain she grabbed a broom and started sweeping and let someone else help me even though she was the one that was supposed to make sure my order was FRESH since I told her specifically. Today I’ve decided not to ever eat at that Del Taco again.

2-1-17, I went to the Del Taco this afternoon. The bathroom was located on the outside of the building. All I wanted was to wash my hands before eating there. There was a coin setup on the door to get in??? I will never stop here again. This store is located on Douglas Blvd in Roseville California. I went down the street to Carl’s Jr.

I was just in the drive-thru store 1062 in Moreno Valley for 33 minutes. When I got up to the window I asked the guy why the wait was so long & he responded laughing saying cause it’s only three of them working & none of them are cooks! I then paid my $24 & waited another 10 minutes I was getting ready to ask for a refund & leave. I get home my food is cold & my daughters kids meal is missing a quesadilla. Worst service & food ever.

I went thru the drive and he (name tag Darrin) gave me no change from a $50 dollar bill, food was all cold by the time I got it, plus he told me to shut up about and move on I was blocking traffic. I wil never go back when he is working again, and I tell all my friends and family to avoid him. most of the inside crew is great, so it is just him.

I am a regular customer at Del Taco at various locations throughout the Phoenix area. I usually order the same items at each visit. Today I stopped in at a restaurant at 44th Street. My food order included a cup of beans, a tostada, a small nacho’s with cheese and a $1.00 large iced tea. Four items. The amount of packaging and wastefulness was uncalled for. I even mentioned it to the window attendant. I took a photograph to show you what I mean when I say that it is entirely to much. (There is no where to send you a photo on your email link, but I would be happy to forward the photo to you if requested). For the four small items, I received the following:
1. A paper container for the nacho’s
2. A plastic holder with lid for the cheese
3. A paper container for the tostada
4. A styrofoam container with a plastic lid for the bean cup
5. A plastic container with lid to hold the limes for my drink
6. A paper bag to hold the nacho’s
7. Another paper bag to hold the tostada
8. Another large plastic bag to hold all the contents of my food items
9. A large pile of paper napkins

In our country, there is so much waste. I find it completely unnecessary to use so many packaging products for a $4.00 order of food. (I didn’t receive a receipt of the exact amount, so I’m not sure of the amount of my order) It seems to me that Del Taco spends more money on packaging than the food order itself. How can you as a company make any money with low food prices? The cost of the packaging is probably more than the food order itself.

I think Del Taco offers a nice and affordable selection on the food menu. I, in clear conscience though, cannot continue to support a company that does not see the importance of respecting the environment. I understand that food must be sent in proper containers, but the complete disregard for unnecessary packaging is something that you as company should review.

I visited the Del Taco #0158 on Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance CA 90503 on October 04, 2016 at about 9:30 PM. I pulled into the drive-thru at the store and my car windshield immediately got from sprinklers malfunction. There was a large quantity of water in puddles on the ground and every car that passed by that front entrance got soaked by the shower of water flying out of the sprinklers along the whole side of the bldg. At all the grass areas surrounding the bldg the sprinklers were going wild. My car is new and just had it washed earlier in the day. When I got to the window to pay I asked to speak to the Manager, whose name was LUIS. I told him about all the cars getting wet and his response was “So?” I asked him if he could stop the flow that was spraying all the cars. He said “I don’t know how” and I said “turn off the timer or the valve- it’s not rocket science!” Also, He short-changed me $.27 as a reward for going there…! I think something is seriously wrong at this Del Taco location. Watering at 9 o’clock at night while customers are running to keep from being sprayed while all the cars waiting in line were being sprayed. I paid $14 for my car to be washed and Del Taco should pay me for being so ignorant and not willing to stop the water! What a waste at a time when there’s a shortage of water in CA and we’re in a drought! I don’t think very highly of this restaurant!

Went thru the drive thru ordered and got my food I only live 1/4 mile away and opened the del beef burrito the tortilla was hard and it smelled like it had been sitting for hours I thru it in the trash and then I opened a chicken roller and the chicken was old too. So I’m guessing after all the complaints del taco has had nothing has been done about it what a great company #worthless

I visited the Livonia, MI location today. We visit occasionally since they’ve opened their doors. I’ve been a customer for over 20+ years at the Dearborn Heights, MI location, and have never seen what I witnessed today!!! I order 12 Del Tacos with meat and cheese only. I stood and watched the workers behind the counter prepare my order. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. I plan to send the video and pictures showing over 1 oz of cheese polled all the way to the top of my shells! When I asked the Mgr about it, she stated that Corporate mandates this amount of cheese on each taco; although her commentary states “inspite of what she thinks, and agreed that it was too much”. I informed her that in over 20 years, I’ve NEVER had such a sickening opinion to say about this restaurant… I must speak with someone about this ASAP.

OK where do I start. . .
I’ve been a regular customer for quite some time and have seen the turn over at the Del Taco® in Aurora CO. and to be honest with you the regional guy who’s in control (Manager)of the few in that area doesn’t seem to see the problems that his Colfax & 1-225 store seems to be having, store gets Filthy in the dining area the ants are all over the food on the floor the restrooms are nasty and yet the employees are to busy bullsh*ting with each other behind the counter have also seen employees messing with their hair in the little office area that’s by the main entrance then just heading to package customers food without washing there hands also 1 for sure but maybe 2 of the managers are having a conversation in the back while customers wanting to order stand waiting for attention. Mainly the employees that you have working for you are young and or what looks like to me just out of jail the language foul mouth disrespectful and your older customers hear them talking trash behind the counter.
It needs to be taken care of if you want to remain in a respectful business your food is GREAT I love eating there but the place needs better MANAGEMENT !!

When we visited the Del Taco on overland is Boise Idaho. The day it opened. They didn’t have a guard on the bottom of the door ,to the play area. Which caused her toes to be sliced to the bone. The managers did nothing and never stopped anyone from entering the play area or close it. I have called corporate many times and still nothing has been done.

I was at your bearvalley and amathysf store it as attacked and the girl at the drive through did nothing and let them do it and stood there and then let them stand at the drive through and did nothing ! And stood next to my car I was yelling call 911 I was spit on called racist names and all she did was say “I have to take this next order ?” There is more to it and i have my ONSTAR emergency call on tape ! This was a few months ago and I was severely beaten and punched they followed me ! Do something ! She’s apolgized fhen another time I called and she was all XXXXy and yelled at me really tough on the phone ? She’s not sorry ! She’s a danger and you could be sued ! Also i spoke to a fake manager ! She connected me too that couldn’t undertake English ! And also the food was cooked and bad when she started working there ! I have been going a free times a month every night. For a year almost when. I was out of the hotptial ! My card is on file ! I will enter go back I went once and was and am traumatized and I asked her why she did nothing and she tire to say “I trie to get their license plate ? Omg I aksed her to call 911! I have the ONSTAR recording !!!

Your customer service is in a serious decline. I went in this evening trying to resolve an issue from a previous order. My girlfriend and I had gone through the drive-thru at this location previously on the evening of March 7th, 2016. We made it all the way home before realizing that they had messed up our order. They had excluded a cheeseburger and an order of churros. We were charged for them, but they were not in the bag. I realize we’re partly to blame, seeing as this was our 3rd time in a row that an order was incorrectly taken or not distributed to us. Our prior visit we did not receive an order of large fries, and before that we were given 2 fish tacos instead of 2 chicken burritos. But the sad part is that I can no longer trust your company to merely give its customers what they paid for. So we called on that same night of Mar 7th and spoke with Luis, the one that took or order. He apologized. He admitted to being new and assured us that he would contact a manager and call us back in 10 minutes. He asked if we had the ticket number for our order, at which point we realized they failed to provide us with a receipt for our transaction. He did not call us back that night. The next day after 3 pm, a manager called. The manager (who was a female, but I could not locate where I had written her name) reviewed the order with us. She also apologized, and asked if we would prefer to pick up the order later or to receive cash back. We stated that a credit would be fine as we may wish to order something different at a later time. She took my girlfriend’s name and phone number, and informed us that she would doXXXXent it and all we would have to do is give that same name and number to redeem that credit at a later time. So that brings me to tonight. On March 21st at approximately 9:30PM, I stepped into your establishment. I figured it would be easier to explain the situation in person rather than through the drive-thru. I stood at the counter and waited for about 3 minutes before I was even greeted. Eventually, Luis (I recognized him from our previous visit) said he would be with me in a moment. Several minutes passed before I was finally greeted by a girl named Maria. I explained the situation to her. She was immediately on the defensive. She grabbed a notebook with receipts in it and slapped it on the counter. She quickly flipped through it and told me, “I have no record of it.” I told her that we were assured that it would be doXXXXented. She asked who I had talked to. I said initially with Luis. She said, “No, you wouldn’t have talked to him. He’s new.” I told her that I knew that he was new as he had told me that night. I described the callback from the manager. She said, “Look, I don’t wanna be a XXXXXX, but if you don’t got an exact date and name, I can’t help you.” So I contacted my girlfriend to check her call logs. While speaking with my girlfriend, Maria approached me and interrupted me to say, “Oh, and if it’s been over a month, we’re DEFINITELY not going to do anything for you.” I finished with my call and informed her that we had call logs DOXXXXENTED for when all of this happened. Maria sunk, left the room, and IMMEDIATELY came back holding a receipt. She said, “Oh yeah, it was in the office all along. So, what? You just want this burger and churros and that’s it?” That did it for me. When I was asking for assistance before, she was of no help. Tell her I have proof and SUDDENLY she’s willing to comply? Unacceptable. Her attitude and lack of remorse literally ruined my night. You know when you’ve had a long day at work, and despite feeling tired, you feel accomplished? You feel good. That was the feeling that your employee destroyed. I wasn’t asking for a handout. I wasn’t asking for freebies. I was merely asking for what I PAID for. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me thrice? Well now I just feel like your company is conning me. You are not only stealing my money by not giving product that was paid for. You are stealing my time by making me explain myself. You are stealing my patience by treating me with disrespect. And finally, you are stealing my happiness by having remorseless employees that just don’t care how they treat people. I truly hope that this message is taken seriously.

I eat at my local DelTaco in College Place, Wa.
My favorite is the breakfast taco. that sausage absolutely made that Taco. You have ruined it!
My wife liked the Burrito with sausage because she can’t do spicy and you have ruined that too! There was next to know meat in the last one we purchased and what was there was spicy. She cut hers in half and one of the halves had only piece of meat in it.
What were you guys thinking? I probably won’t go back until I hear that both have been changed back the way they were.

I got harassed by one of the managers today to the point where I had to leave because I was in tears. She could tell I was getting frustrated and she kept pushing me to the point where she knew what she was doing. Her doing this was making me nervous with the Customers I tried my best to start ignoring her and just focus on what I was doing, I was still doing well, so she comes up to me, maybe 12 inches away from my face staring at my face while I take orders and commenting throughout my conversations making “supposed” corrections on things Im doing wrong, which were bogus for the most part because there is no such thing as not being able to tell a customer to please slow down so u can understand them. she kept doing these things i think she can tell that i get nervous when there is people staring at me or too close to me and i mess up, so she was doing it on purpose because then she said ok lets go talk, and we went to the table and she said whats wrong, look at you, your upset,i told her, its like i told you, your making me nervous and you continue to stay in my face, and too close to my personal space, you start pushing buttons as im taking an order, i mean come on, you don’t have to do that. her response was “im training you myself” then she’s like what do you want me to scream across the room. I said no, if you have to do it right then and there use the headset, (there is a button where only her and I can hear) not stare in my face and interrupt me in front of people when i’ve been doing it right for a week, now all of a sudden this is necessary??? come one. I didn’t understand what her reason for all of this was. She then says this is Del Taco’s way of doing things. Im sorry but that’s sad.. I believe there are many correct ways of doing things, you wait until the person is finished, you don’t say things the whole time while they’re working. Especially when you know your just throwing them off track. Maybe this can be done a little bit,, but not to the point the person is about to start crying and walk out. obviously a good manager would say “hey there are a few things i would like you to do, that you are not doing. ” after they have observed how you work, not make you a nervous wreck throughout your workday. this to me .. is harassing someone, especially after you have been asked to stop. then when i told her the other ways. shes like well no so. this is how del taco does things. i’ve only been there a week, i work fast, i work well, and i do a good job when people are not breathing down my neck. i type 60 wpm on a computer. so im sure im fine on their little kiosk once ive been there more than a week. not saying im perfect, but i do extremely well. and i’ve been trying really hard to get by here. “The shift Leader” I accepted a “50.00” bill. and she had a heart attack and scolded me in front of people, she says, “your not suppose to do that, “dont take more than a 20” she tells me the proper procedure, then says “you could have messed up all the money”… geeze lady calm down.. im not an idiot. anyways. at the end, she didn’t offer any suggestions on making it easier for someone who has been working hard keeping up and training. the only times i get slowed down is when they come but in and fix something dumb. although a few of those comeup where i run into the problem and call someone over.. that’s appropriate. don’t breathe down my neck make me cry because you wont cooperate with me, laugh tell me do i need ten minutes and then send me home. GOOD Job DEL Taco. Your Managers really need better communication skills. They need to find something to write someone up about. not harass them, and then tell them too bad, once they break them down. I beleive this is called common sense… your getting picked on.

I had similar experience s when I trained.All the shift leads are knuckleheads and all the customers are whiners.totally awful experience to work at Del Taco,doesn’t happen this bad in any other fast food restaurant!!!!

I am from St Louis Missouri, and we have always had Del Taco for a very long time here (They used to be Naugles) I’ve been going to Del Taco for years and I have been loyal for years. I greatly enjoyed your RED sauce. Those incredible tacos, crinkle cut fries. No one else does it like you, NO ONE. And your cheese truly is the best. My sister also used to visit Del Taco a few times a week. Now we have no Del Taco’s, and hundreds and easily thousands can acclaim “We miss DEL TACO! We want you to come back to St Louis. We cannot help it that the city of St Louis rebuilt the Grand blvd bridge for about over 2 and 1/2 years. We know about the units that seemed to not make it (That were set up in O’Fallon Missouri etc, — maybe they should have marketed those stores more strongly and given them a few more years to grow – for so many in the City of St Louis proper wish we still had a Del taco!). The Grand location and the McCauslin location were always busy and even though they had operating problems by the private franchise operator – customers were loyal. So bring back at least ONE (or two) Del Taco units to the population of over 300,000 (Inner city alone) and over 1 million of St Louis County. Please bring Del Taco back to St Louis. If one was to talk on the street with most any one. many would say they miss Del Taco! Is this board read, because there are no replies. Thanks

Went to the location at North Fields in Denver. Waited 25 min for a Shake!!! The lady at the drive up window said it’s not her problem that I had to wait so long for the shake….. I asked for a receipt and she slammed the window shut. Nice customer service, they suck!!!!

I’ve never complained about a product in my life. It’s a shame that the first time has to be over food for my family, but after the second incident with this location, I felt compelled to say something. This is in regard to the Warren, Mi location on Hoover rd. The first time they messed up, it was our carne Asada street tacos that had no avocado slices, and our fish tacos had no lime wedges. For a family of four that eats these, we spend almost $40 per meal there, so I think we should get what we went in there for. I took all the tacos back to the store and they proceeded to tell me that there was no manager in at the time, and if I wanted avocados and lime wedges they would have to charge me. Are you kidding right now?! For something I already paid for! I walked out vowing to never eat there again. Well, here we are six months later, and my 9 year old picky eater asked for his favorite fish tacos again. My husband and I decided to give it one more chance. Husband stopped there on his way home and once he got here, once again my son will not eat them without the lime wedges, and I don’t blame him. It needs them. And anything I offer to put on them at home simply isn’t good enough. Just because we are ordering a dozen at a time, doesn’t mean they should skimp and cut corners trying to get these orders out. And when I tried to offer him a couple of my street tacos this time too, he refused those even though they had the avocado slices this time because he found the corn tortillas hard, stale, and not even edible. Poor kid. I don’t blame him. Two strikes is all you get before you lose our business. Now I know why there’s only a couple locations here locally, people very quickly realize that it’s a waste of time and money.

I went to Del taco today 1/27/16 , i ordered two tacos and a medium fries and also order the potato poppers and the cashier today me they stopped selling them, I was so shocked you guys stopped selling this item, i really liked those… since you guys were the only fast food chain to sell them …. 🙁 my heart broke .. please bring them back

I was sent coupons through e mail for tacos at a certain price and went to the store on Bouquet Cyn Rd in Santa Clarita Ca to redeem them only to be told that the price would be higher !
Why send out coupons if the franchise wont honor them ?
Thats bait and switch and you have lost a customer

The Del Taco location on County Line Rd. In Calimesa, CA has a terrible evening crew. During the dinner hours there is going to be a high volume of customers. I live around the corner, so it is someplace that I stop at fairly often to grab food when we are on the go. Several times, I have sat in the drive thru line for 20 to 45 minutes. For “fast food”, this is ridiculous. This evening I was the 4th car in line when I placed my order. Thirty five minutes later I finally was handed my food. I was at the window for 7 minutes while the cashier wandered around the front, checked her schedule, checked her phone, chatted with the manager then finally handed my one bag of food out to me. The bag had been sitting on the counter when I handed her my payment 7 minutes earlier. My food was cold. I did not receive a receipt. Just another lack of customer service, brought to you by Del Taco. Thanks a lot.

Today,society has taken a different path when approaching the less fortunate populus, many of us has chosen to provide comforts other then monetary, food and especially “gift cards”.The other day I passed a lady with a large yellow lab, sitting under a tree with her worldly belongings. I drove past to the next intersection, stopped into the 7-11, purchased 5 large cans of dog food, then walked next door to the Del Taco, Walking in i was pleased to see that they were providing exactly what i was searching for, a “gift card” that i could give her so she could have a number of meals. After the purchase, i asked the question: “can these cards be “cashed back in?”….sadly the reply was YES. If we are to help others and possibly suspend the use of alcohol and or drugs with the means other then cash, WHY does Del Taco in this instance allow this to take place. Possibly, be an industry leader with NOT allowing others then the original purchaser the “refund amount”, thus utilizing the “gift food card” solly for THAT purpose and THAT purpose only. HEY, its a new year, people embrace corporate structured changes in the “policies and procedures” especially when it deal with the concerns of the general public. Heres your change to draw a line in the sand. Thanks for listening.

My first job was at Del Taco #11 and my older sister as well. I have always been a fan of the food. The quality is just so much higher than the competition that it puts them to shame.
Two years ago my whole family moved to Bay City Michigan. We all agreed that Del Taco would be missed terribly and we hoarded up and stockpiled hot sauce packets.
Imagine my surprise and UTTER JOY to find there are a few Del Taco locations in the Flint area! Its 90 some miles away though. I want to suggest that you open one location in Saginaw. I think Del Taco would do well there and Saginaw is only about 10 miles from me. Please consider my request.

I went to your location at 18802 Via Princessa, Santa Clarita ca.
We ordered Macho Nacho, 2 fish tacos and your new taco salad with 3 regular size drinks for a total of 21.00 dollars. When we got home I was not given a receipt so I had no way to verify the amount I was charged on my card. Second this salad is a joke, it’s a taco salad and you get 4 small Brocken chips …. No thanks I will never order again.
Also I had planed to do the feed back for the 10.00 towards future purchase, couldn’t do so since I didn’t get my receipt.

Please help fix this problem

I was treated very poorly at your del taco location in dana point ca I ordered food and was told I would have to take my food to go so t asked for a refund and left today a man I know that is homeless tried to buy breakfast and was told we dont serve your kind I think I will be talking to my lawyer and never go to deltaco again

At the Dearborn Heights location, a big girl named Courtney and a short girl named Alexis are the WORST. They have very bad attitudes and gave me dirty looks. Every single time I go there and see them, part of me wants to slam the gas pedal and get away as fast as I can. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not the first or second time I had to deal with them. Who hires these people?? I think one of them is the manager too!

I’m not going to lie, they have great people working here but those two need to be out.

I’m concerned with a manager in Hesperia area that treating employees that have family members dying bad one mom was on life support and they were gonna pull the plug wantedemployee to come to work right after it was pulled
.then an oother one his mom dying and he needed an extra day off .when he came back she gave him another 3days off is del taco that insensitive to there employees I hope not and wish I will get a reply on this from corporate heads

I stopped by the Saratoga Springs, Utah location & ordered 2 bean & cheese burritos. There was only one customer in front of me ordering food. But after waiting 25 min. I lost my patience and ended up walking out of there. Come on guys, really? Beans, then cheese…done.

PERRIS, CA 92570 is so rude her name was Carla she had the biggest hang over and reeked of alchohol she forgot half my order and I’m 99% sure I saw her sleeping while I was eating and she barley had walked in I’m sure she wasn’t even in her lunch break because she had barley clocked in that Sunday morning and when I asked to see the manager she completely ignored me I was loyal customer but being treated and served like this doesn’t make me want to eat their again and I actually enjoy your food

Hello I just got back from your dell location 21401 Brookhurst St. I went through the drive through and got two steak and egg boritos and a large fries and a large coke. I then parked the car to eat and my food was stone cold the meat and eggs and the cheese was not even melted. Also the fries were old and cold. My coke had no ice in it either. So I went back through and they said they would fix it. They went away for about 10 min. and came back with my same food only this time my fries were crushed and the food was still cold . I did see the girl up front cuss out whoever was in back. When they gave my food back the also did not put my hot sauce back in the bag. I have to say that I think the food had been setting out as I am having stomach cramps real bad and am feeling terrible. This sucks.

Today, in Chandler, AZ on Pecos and AZ Ave, I found 2 pieces of metal wire in my bean burrito. I took it back with the metal pieces separated and the manager took the burrito and the Tupperware container in which I had the metal. He became very rude and disappeared in the back somewhere. I demanded he give me the metal and my Tupperware back. He refused to give me my property back! I broke his ass down with words and he finally gave it back but not before I let everyone in the restaurant know what I found.

you know why you had a piece of a bag in your burrtio? because we have to get your food made and out the window within 30 seconds. no matter how huge the order. my coworkers have almost killed people who are severly allergic to specific foods. dont be mad at the workers unless they are dicks. we are under so much pressure for 8 dollars an hour. i make 500 a month. i have a daughter. my boss is a perve and gets paid bonuses for the rediculous drive times if they are at 30 mad at coorporate! please! we want to do right at least i do but they dont let us.

I was very upset with the service I received today. A young girl named Alexis (short, Caucasian, brown hair) made my experience a very bad one. She was very rude and very disrespectful. I asked her for a simple sauce packet, and she muttered “XXXXXX” under her breath and shoved my change in my hand, causing the coins to fall to the ground. I can not believe you have such a negative person working at such an upbeat and positive place. Every time I come to eat here, I am satisfied with the service but tonight I was very very upset with the service.

Sounds to me like when you say , “Sounds like someone should have used protection.” your thinking of your parents! You should never make comments like that about someone else who is struggling to care for their children. Fast food workers, especially those at the lowest pay levels are the hardest workers and often the most over worked for the pay received. and before you say anything, I have been in the past a minimum wage fast food worker, then a restaurant manager, also an army soldier and now i hold a college degree and I am salaried IT professional. Never look down on those in a lower paying job they work the jobs that support the one you work so that you can hold your nose so high in the air.

We went to the Del Taco at 7968 Haven Ave. Rancho Cucamonga,store #193, on 03-04-14, @ 07:00pm, we went thru the drive thru, and ordered 18 tacos, we live only 10 minutes away, when we got home the taco shells were stale, also the amount of meat, lettuce, cheese, was very little, we go to del taco every tuesday nite for the 3 for a dollar tacos, this is the first time the tacos were bad,

I visited the Del Taco by east colonial for my very first time last night. I got a burrito and about my 3rd bite I started choking and struggling to cough out a corner peice of one of your ingredient bags that Someone cut the corner off with scissors into my burrito. It scratched up my throat and caused me to choke. I still have the peice I coughed up. I’m very upset about this and something needs to be done!

First off I would like to say that I love Del Taco and all the food. We have a restaurant in Tehachapi, CA. It was running just fine for several years. All good food and fast service. However over the past 4 months or so it has fallen on hard times! I don’t know if it has a new owner or manager but this place has gone from great to terrible. Just the other night they were out of bean, taco meat, fish, french fries and taco shells! What did they have left? If you happen to go through the drive thru you get stuck there for 35-45 min. If you doubt what I am saying please check Face Book under Tehachapi classifides. There you will find about 40 complaints. Please check into this and help our Del Taco turn back into the great place it used to be! I have worked in the restaurant business for many years and know how important it is to have a good manager. I don’t know if this is the problem but it sure needs to be looked into. Thanks.
