I was asked to review a purple Renisannce costume and was told at the store the store in MA by ? the manager that I would have to call corporate office for my refund. The costume was left in it’s original packaging and mailed the day after I received it? Please refund my 48.00? I am disabled and on fixed income!! I will call Corporate every day . I am stuck in bed due to right hip replacement and I will call every day until I receive my refund I will also call the Better Business Bureau-every organization I will call until I get refund $54 might seem like a drop in the bucket to you but I am on a fixed income of only $928 SS, I can’t get disability
because I worked for the state as a RN who cared for special needs children. Thank You

Dear Mr. Mandell:
I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with your staff and company operation.
I placed an online order (#1700915200) on Jan 9, at 2:21 AM and on my shipping confirmation it states order “Arrives on January 13”. Seeing that no actions were taken with my order, I called to follow up and make sure that the order will be delivered as confirmed by your company. I called 8 times and until today the answer I was getting was “a senior customer representative will call you within 12 to 24 hrs” and until this moment no one called me.
Finally today I spoke to a Senior Rep (Shirley) who refused to give me her last name. The only solution she offered was I can return the order after I receive it because that’s your company policy.
Per your company policy (information on my order confirmation) I should receive your order tomorrow, Jan 13. Per information on your company website “All orders received by 3PM ET Mon – Fri will ship the next business day” and the delivery map for “economy ground” for the state of New Jersey is 3 days.
Placing this order was not a joke. I needed this supplies for my daughter’s birthday party and if your company can’t deliver as promised the least you can do is cancel the order and refund me.
This very unprofessional and your company managed to turn my joy into frustration. Furthermore you are refusing to take any responsibility for the situation you have caused.
So let me be clear again. If you are not going to expedite this order so I can receive it per your company policy I kindly ask you to cancel it right away and refund me accordingly.
I sincerely hope this time somebody will addressees my concern and take action accordingly.

I recently spent 300.00 with this company, and had specified overnight delivery an additional charge too. I received a order that was completely wrong, not one single item was in this shipment.
I called and emailed and not one single person offered to0 help me. Everyone I talked to stated that they will have someone call me and talk to me, this has been going on for the last week, I sent over 18 emails and every one has that response, (we will forward this to our review team).
I requested that my order be filled and sent. customer service stated that I have to send the merchandise I received back first then they would try to reimburse me and it could take up to 90 days.??? this is crazy.
I have asked for corporate numbers to notify them and no one in customer service would provide me with any numbers.
I want my order plain and simple, but I do not think I should have to send anything back to you to receive what I paid for, the totality of this wrong order might equal 40 bucks, so I am out 260.00

Maybe after posting this someone will call or they will fullfill the order, I doubt that, it will have to be forwarded to the review team. Ya Right….

I’m in the same boat. I ordered a costume for my son on 9/26/16, received it pretty quickly, but it was way to big so I immediately sent it back via UPS with the label they recommended. I tracked it and it was delivered on 10/4/16. Costume Supercenter stated the refund was deposited 10/7/16 via paypal. I have YET to receive it. Paypal says they never received anything and even sent Costume Supercenter an email stating as much. I’ve literally called 3 times a week (more sometimes, since 10/7/16) and no one has been helpful other than saying it’s been escalated and sent up to the corporate office. Anytime I ask for the corporate office number, NO ONE knows anything. But it was pretty easy to find via Google Search, lol. On 11-2-16 I finally talked to someone in the corporate office and they said my refund should be processed today that he will push it through. I sincerely hope so, other wise I’ll be calling back every day until I get it. At one point I even told them to send me back the costume and I’d sell it myself to get my money back. This has been WAY TO MUCH trouble for $28.00. It’s been over a month now. Ridiculous!!!
